Ham and cornbread
Heavenly Ham, is the poop. Actually, I think I'd opt for that if I had to choose between it and my Aunts coveted Pecan Pie.

Sauerkraut with either pork or bacon, usually braised pork.
Pumpkin cheese cake.
My grandmother's lasagna, she's from Sicily, just so you know how good it is...

Good lord, if you've never had Pumpkin Cheese Cake, you are missing out!!!
It's all the greatness of Pumpkin Pie and Cheese Cake mixed into one.
And I'm not talking about pumpkin as a garnish, I mean the pumpkin and spices are mixed in with the cheese cake.
Any standard will do, but it's especially good with goat cheese or my favorite, ricotta cheese, ricotta is the best, but harder to find, it's gotta be made.

Yams and marshmallows are great, pumpkin cheesecake is incredible.

My girlfriend and I's Thanksgiving dinner this year consists of:

Turkey, mashed potatoes, yams with marshmallows, stuffing, corn, cinnamon rolls, and for dessert, pumpkin cheesecake.

Haters gonna hate.

How can anyone not like turkey?
Maybe I'll have to come over on Thanksgiving and show you how to eat.
Turkey, gravy and mashed potatoes in one bite, nothing like it.
You can't do that with ham.
Ham is good with green beans, cranberries, sweet potatoes/yams and mac n cheese, but that isn't as good as the above mentioned combo.
Ham is also good with sauerkraut, but so is turkey, in fact turkey is good with all those things.
Turkey is good with everything, ham, not so much, while still good.
Man I'm hungry...

Pie, pie, and more pie. Pumpkin pie and sweet potato pie are tied, followed by (in no particular order): apple, blueberry, cherry, pecan, and peach.

Cornbread, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberries, ham (especially with pineapple), and mac & cheese are honorable mentions, also in no particular order.

Honestly, it's gotten to the point where, even though I have no problem eating turkey sandwiches every day for almost two weeks, the side dishes and desserts are my highlights. I could happily have Thanksgiving without turkey as long as I have my side dishes and desserts.

Carrots.

Turkey is very, very overrated by the way. I would place it behind Chicken, Duck and even the common Pheasant on my list of favourite poultry.

There's only so much you can do to make turkey moist, but it eventually dries up. No matter how much gravy you slop on it or however you baste it, it'll still end up dry after awhile. That's probably the thing I hate most about turkey. Otherwise, if it's just fresh out the oven, it's usually delicious.

The side dishes and desserts have always been the highlight of my favorite holiday. Yes, I love Thanksgiving more than I love Christmas or even my own birthday. :)

Probably the pumkin pie. You have to go get "the gobbler" from wawa also. Is a thanksgiving dinner mash bowl in a sub roll... Awesome!

Corn pudding.

I don't believe I've ever tried corn pudding. Maybe I should ask around with my friends. Thanks for mentioning corn pudding, though.
