as soon as I saw Ray catch the ball I knew he hit the 30/30 mark.

Way to make a city proud Mr. Lewis.

There is nothing Ray Lewis can not do. 15 years in the league and still producing at that kind of level. I thank God everynight that Ray Lewis is a Raven. I knew he was going to be special when I saw him during his rookie year, Did'nt know how special until 99. From 2000 to 2006 He was absolutely the dominate player in football bar none in my opinion. Today was just another reminder that no one can do it like Ray. I have been fortunate in my lifetime. I can say I witnessed Ray Lewis's career and Cal Ripken's career in my lifetime. Ray you are and always will be the Man.

And thanks Ozzie for bringing him to us in the first place.

Been home from the game for quite a while, still trying to catch my breath from that game, I got tired out at the end from jumping up & down for the Ray & Ed Interceptions.

You know what guys the media no longer can say Ray has lost a step. Forget about it, he has shown all year and the past few years that he still has it and getting this HUGE milestone just proves it. I felt like I watched something special... seeing Ray & Ed get Interceptions in the same game and being there to witness that... scratch that I did see something special. Congrats to Ray on his milestone... now considering Ray has a few more games this season and that he isn't hanging up the boots anytime soon, Ray will be the ONLY NFL Player to have more than 30 Interceptions and Sacks.

If that is what "lost a step" is, I hope more of our players lose one!!!!

Take away 2005 and 2006 (maybe 2004, but I'll hold on to that one) and add in 1999 and you're set. Ray actually bottomed out around 2005-2007, then shot back up again.

If Ray had lost another step or two, we would have beaten the Colts in 2006 ;)

Ray has set or tied many records this season.

*most seasons with at least 1 int for a LB (outside or inside)- 13 seasons (tied for 1st)
*most seasons with at least 2 int for a LB (outside or inside) 10 seasons (tied for 1st)
*1st LB ever in the 30 sack/30 int club (2nd player along with Rodney Harrison)
*All time leader in games started for a MLB/ILB with 203 and counting (Hardy Nickerson had the record at 200)

Ray now needs 1.5 more sacks to be the only player in the 40 sack/30 int club but he is already alone as the only player with 35 sacks/30 interceptions!

Forget best Linebacker ever (which Ray is), Ray Ray is the best defensive player of all time (opinion, of course).

Quarterback's get too much credit which'll probably take Ray out of the best player ever debate but he belongs right there with the Montanas, Rices and Marinos of this world.

congrats ray. and his first TD in 7 years.

there will never be a more complete [s]linebacker[/s] player in the NFL

Ray had an INT return for a TD in 2007. It was the Browns game that the Ravens thought they won at the end of regulation but ended up losing in OT.

He had a TD in the 2000 playoffs, 1 in 2003 vs the 49ers, 2007 vs the Browns, and today.

He also had a fumble return for a TD on a lateral from Ty Law in the 2002 Pro Bowl (after the 2001 season).
