Pennington To Baltimore?

Id be happy as long as we got a seasoned vet.. but not Pennington. Go for someone whos not VERY injury prone or something.. Also someone who can mentor Troy.

not just a "seasoned" vet, but a Veteran type player whom is willing to mentor the younger type guys and guide/help them along in their development as players and men abroad..... because many vet's want to still play and so having a older guy whom is more than willing to address the mentorship role, is the best option to go with.

it goes hand in hand because it benefits both sides either way you may look at it..... on one side of it, the Team gets what they want in a older veteran type guy mentoring the younger generation of players, and on the other side of it all.....the Veteran is getting the money he wants and is happy with his presumed role.

I think we try and get old man Kurt Warner the guy can still play he proved it to us during our 13-3 season or it was last year when they put him in with the 2 minute drill and drove down on us scored and almost came back and would have if they put him in a bit earlier.... he would get TROY ready to tear it up at QB!! the guy already showed me in my opinion he has the HEART the Arm and the smarts he played his butt off the few games he played last year and did AWESOME!!. He is like Mike Vick with his legs but can actually throw the ball and an accurate one at that!.. its a shame people do not talk about him much because he is only 6 deuce.. so is Drew Brees and look at all his success! give him a chance!! i am sure most of you guys if we could wouldn't mind Drew Brees a raven he is only 6 deuce as well....

Kurt Warner is crazy good. But theres no way we could get him because Arizona likes him, the fans dont, but the coaches do. Kurt Warner plays soooo much better than Lienart, he passes to both Boldin and Fitz unlike Lienart. Whisenhunt knows what he has in Warner, thats why he was benching Lienart in the middle of games last year (Lienart got injured later). I mean I know Lienart is their future and all, but they have a better player in Warner till he retires and it would be really difficult for us to get him.

He's a fine QB but way to injury prone. I rather get a young QB in the draft then bring a injury prone one

I agree with Ravens 52 here...the guy has spent too many days riding the pine to be worth a big contract and trading away valuable draft picks...

I have stayed off this site awhile not wanting to keep engaging in too much idle speculation about the draft...but I think those that have us taking Flacco in this draft have got the right idea. He is the only top prospect besides Matt Ryan (who I think is a big gamble as a top ten pick) who has all the skills, and has no injury history.

I say skip the trades for old has been QB's already in the NFL, and snag a guy like Flacco in the second round.
