Flacco Criticism Thread

Ryan > Flacco
I see intensity and leadership versus a deer caught in the headlights when under pressure

Save the stats I don't care. Merely meaningless numbers

I'll root for Joe because he's on my team but it is what it is

We need a more intense Flacco if we are to win! Joe holds the ball to long and Cam's play calling is terrible. Maybe it is time to put Bulger in. I am tired of having a team that can't stay in the divisional lead.

Man, Ryan just outplayed us. That was the only game this year where I can honestly say we were outdone on both sides of the ball and we deserved to lose.

What's worse is, we've got a long week ahead to think about it.

More slurping Matt Ryan.Flacco played just as well at the end and should have had a game winning td but our D
Is not what it used to be .

All our points where from Flacco.

All-of-our-points.

What else do you want out a QB? Flacco didn't lose the game, sure they could've done better but you can say that for any loss. This one is on the defense who let Atlanta go 80 yards.

I will say Ryan does a lot more with his weapons than Flacco does with his better receiving corps. Ryan worked us but seriously, not to be bias, but are you kidding me? That ball moved from Jenkins hands and Roddy White didn't get called for a single push off.

I hate Don winters more than anything in life. Every game he refs, we get flagged more than any other game by any other ref.

The defense didnt play great but the offense was no where to be seen in the first half so I dont wanna hear that either.

I hate blaming the refs and I know as a team on all 3 phases we played poor but Come on, some of these calls were atrocious. We should of stuck to the run more than we did but we all know Cam Cameron loves to do the opposite of logic.

I wish the complainers would show up now, only this time I wish they would post all their comments about the defense because after slamming Flacco for weeks after the Cincy game he's actually improved. Maybe something spectacular and miraculous will happen if the complains fill this site...

Probably not...

If it's not our offense, it's our defense; and, if it's not our defense then our offense is struggling. Those games when both work in unison...that's the Baltimore team I love to watch. I just wish that team showed up tonight.

Here's to 80 yards in 45 seconds...

P.S. Ray and T sizzle can't do everything.

I can't stand matt ryan all he did was throw 5 yard passes all game.
I'm sorry but I have to roast you on this. Are you serious?!?! If we are going to play that far off receivers why not. It's called improvising and attacking a weakness!! You act half of Flacco's yards last year weren't dump offs to Ray Rice......Child Please.

That ref screwed us on the last drive,it's ridiculous. We come back from being down and then screwed by the ref.Our Defense wasn't on its best, but it doesn't help when the Ref is being I don't know..Blind.

Ryan definitely out-played Flacco, but that's not why they drove down the field and scored a touchdown in 40 seconds. That was a combination of horrible calls by the refs and shoddy coverage.

Except when it counted...you know, the passes he threw to Rodey White for the game winning touchdown, and, previously, to Jenkins to set that one up.

I'm going to love the arguments till the next game that imply football is a one-on-one game. Joe barely had any protection tonight. When he did, he made plays. I'll talk about the penalties on some other thread but truthfully, if the D had gotten a stop on that final drive, the Ravens would have won.

I blame the defense on this loss. sure Flacco threw a dumb, dumb interception, but he threw for THREE touchdowns! I can't say Ryan is better than Flacco because Flacco did exceptional with what crappy offensive line we had.

Save your fourth quarter comebacks and late TD's to make a statement about Flacco's leadership. That's something he should be doing ALL game, not late in the 4th with 5 minutes left. We're not a championship team, simple as that. Flacco needs to work on his mechanics and get the ball out faster, Cameron and Mattison need to be out of here after this season. The way we give up 80 yards and a score is just flat out embarrassing especially on prime time, albiet that should have been a penalty on White at the end. I've been huge on Flacco, love the kid. But it's time to stop protecting him. Let him audible, and slap the offensive line around to give him some time.

We let Matt Ryan go 80 damn yards against our defense? Webb looked horrible, Wilson looked worst, and Carr is slowly getting on my **** side again. Every time one of them were lined up against White, they allowed about a 12 yard cushion. Never have I been this mad over a loss, execute and you win games. Rice had ****** 12 carries, TWELVE for 59 yards. What does that tell you Cameron? I HATE seeing him rip off huge gains then we pass the next 5 times, LITERALLY, and we punt the ball away. Nothing can be fixed now, we're too late into the season. Only good thing is that we have a nice schedule after tonight, but you can kiss a SB goodbye if people don't get their heads out of their asses.

it wasn't there because we hardly had time to play. what was the T.O.P.? like 10 minutes for us?

I blame the defense on this loss.
Don't. The calls were terrible but if the D doesn't surrender the big play to Jenkins, or Gooden doesn't jump on Gonzalez's back, the Ravens probably win the game.

Ignorance. We shut down their running game and he Ryan through a lot of smart, accurate passes. Give the guy credit. Captain Comebacks are good and all but I rather have a guy that can win it in the first 58 minutes.

P.S. I love Boldin. I love his energy and how he is the Ray Lewis of our offense.

Ryan had mostly all game while Flacco had little and when he did have it, he put up 21 points for us. It's all on the D this game.

I'm not mad about this game. Our quarterback showed that he can come through for us in tight situations again.

One thing though. Outside Suggs and Ngata at times, we have no pass rush.

I have to give my props to Matt Ryan. He looks like the real deal. But never have I seen a worst officiated game. Actually, I don't know what was more painful, watching us get all of the penalties, or listening to Matt Millen and Joe Theismann announce the game. I mean seriously, if you don't know how to say Ngata's name the 3rd time, stop saying it. Just surrounded by idiots tonight man.

The offensive line folded up like folding chairs. They should have never been able to get to Flacco as much as they did.We usually do a little better protecting flacco. We just couldn't get the pressure on Matt Ryan like they were doing Flacco the whole time. Flacco didn't have time to make plays with the offensive linemen not blocking like they should.

Am I the only one who's starting to think our pass offense is better than our run offense when given the chance? It seems like Flacco threw HALF of his passes in the fourth quarter, and that's when we started scoring. Somebody said something earlier, I don't remember when, but it's like the offense is a Ferrari, and Joe's being told to treat it like it's a Honda Civic. Let's face it, he can't "manage the game". When he plays not-to-lose, he struggles, and when he plays to win the game, he looks lights out. I don't know how long it is going to take the coaching staff to realize this. If we'd come out throwing from the beginning, been aggressive instead of always trying to establish the run, maybe we wouldn't have been down 10-0 early and would have won.

Yeah the offense had 3 possessions in the 1st half couresty of a muffed punt and 2x 10+ play drives down the field on the defense. While Alanta had 5. Thats one way to beat the Ravens. Just own the T.O.P., and the Ravens cant score. Kind of reminded me of watching the Indy/Eagles game with Manning on the sideline and Vick keeping him of the field.
