I know power rankings mean nothing at this point in the season, but I love that we are gettingsome respect.

The Steelers went 3-1 without Big Ben, now they're 3-1 with him, but narrowly escaped 2 of those games with wins. I told ya the Steelers are better with Charlie Batch.

And the Jets haven't gotten much QB pressure since... Rex picked up Pryce! I can picture Ozzie saying
[sarcastically]" Oh no! I hope no one picks up Trevor..."

If we win our Thursday prime time game, everyone be ready for loads of bandwagon fans.

Believe me, all that needs to happen for us to go under the radar even after a win is, the Steelers beating the Pats handily. Which I think they will do. No WR on the Pats scares Pitt, and they will shut down that run game.

People will call it the second coming of the 85 Bears if Pitt does that.

We need to be Pats fans on Sunday... first of all it puts us a game ahead if we beat Atlanta Thurdsay. If we lose, it'll have us tied again. Plus if we do have to contend for a WC spot, we would want the Jets (who we beat) as the other team in contention as opposed to the Pats who beat us. It's crazy how the Pats/Steelers game is just as important as our game on Thursday.

Oh Hell yea. I was a Browns and Bengals fan this past week, this week I'm all Foxboro baby! Even started growing out my hair (beiber style) and wearing dresses (like Brady). P-A-T-S PATS PATS PATS!

Ravens over Falcons
Pats over Steelers
Browns over Jets

That'd be the PERFECT storm.

Pats: 7-2
Ravens: 7-2
Steelers: 6-3
Jets: 6-3

Then we have the Panthe... I mean second bi-week... followed by the Bucs and then (cue big, motivational music)... Monday night home game with the Steelers.

I'd LOVE to go 9-2 entering Monday night football with the Steelers. THAT'D be the biggest Bal/Pitt game since the AFC game. Phew.

Now let's be fair to the Panthers. That bye week does include a scrimmage match.

9-2 sounds way too good to be true.

But so does a game winning drive and a last second TD to beat the Steelers at Heinz field and starting out with the best record in Ravens history.

Realistically, I'm expecting 8-3. I wouldn't mind losing to the Falcons since it's in their house but a win over them and this season would be THAT much better.

The Patriots were just embarrassed. I wouldn't assume the Steelers easily beat them. I mean, you realize the Patriots beat the Ravens, right?

Steelers offensive line is even worse than I thought it would be, and their defense... for whatever reason, isn't blitzing nearly as effectively as they have in the past.

But that game is very interesting to me because... which team do the refs cheat for? Two of their favorite teams, gonna be hard to pick one!

They rated the Ravens 7th and predicted we miss the playoffs at 11-5 if we keep playing the way we are.

Steelers
Jets
Titans
Chiefs
Patriots
Colts
Ravens

I almost fell off my couch when I saw that.

I've predicted 14-2 since the first week of training camp and I'm sticking to my guns. Ravens have gotten better and better like a train picking up speed. I've predicted us to win out since our second loss and you can hold me to it.

Ravens will be 7-2 on Friday morning.

What? I feel like the situation we are in, we are posed for a great second half.

i certainly wouldn't be surprised if we win out. Odds are it wont happen considering the final quarter of our schedule is going to be brutal again, but as wierd as it sounds, it may not be all too bad if we drop one of those games late in the year, just to take some of the pressure off.

That guy is WAY off. I understand how his predicted top team in each divison took spots 1-4, but to put us 7 out of 15 when we currently lead the league is ridiculous.

He has the entire AFC winning 136 games and losing 120, which means (I think) each AFC team will average 3-1 against their NFC opponents. Not gonna happen.

I bet it killed James Walker that his "lone dominant" Steelers aren't #1 in the rankings.

JW is really not a Steelers Homer at all, that title belongs to Matt Williamson (who also put as #1 in his rankings). I think JW's take on the Ravens has been pretty accurate all season, and he did vote us #1 this week (It was unanimous even John Clayton put us #1)

How can anyone not pick us to be first? We beat arguably the two best teams in the NFL (Jets and Steelers) and our only loss was a fluke by the Bengals and a 23-20 thriller in Foxborough. I know some games we won were very close, but aren't the teams that pull out those wins the better teams in the league? Just my take :P

How can they justify picking the Chiefs over the Ravens?! (I'm guessing this is power rankings?) But even if it is playoff projections, I still think we will beat out the Pats in the playoff race

I think all those analysts just always underrate the Ravens just to urke everyone haha. Cause we all know we aren't missing the playoff dance.

Well they aren't necessarily saying the Chiefs are better than the Ravens but just that the Chiefs are going to win the VERY weak AFC West. No wildcard team is going to come out of the west and thats a fact.
