I agree with this, and all I'll say is that I'm not totally sure that he purposefully spit in Crowder's face. It certainly looks like it, but I want to see the other video in slow mo.

Well I believe Harbaugh has already taken up for McClain and said that he doesn't believe it for one second that McClain did that.

Well..now that things calmed down, looks like most people are becoming more neutral. About 10 minutes ago, its was NO! OUR PLAYER DID NOT DO IT!..Now, it's "Weelllll...maybeeee he kinda looked like he did.."

Either way, I stand by our player, and I understand that he looks like he spit. I anxiously await Mr. Commish's decision. He wasn't very open on the topic in his pregame interview earlier.

I think some of us just took issue to the notion that it's completely insane to not condemn McClain NOW!

But, it may very well be bad, especially for McClain if Harbaugh finds out he was lied to! He'll be in the basement of the dog house.

Well if he did, he's dug himself a MASSIVE hole by convincing Harbaugh to stick up for him. I can't even imagine how mad he's gonna be if McClain makes him look bad.

I was with you till the thug comment. How does spitting in someone's face mean a player will ultimately start shooting people? Like others have said, with all the things that go one beneath piles and at times, in plain sight, I think this being somewhat overblown.

If McClain truly did spit in Crowder's face, he deserves to be fined but to start making ignorant observations on someone's character based on this incident(and even factoring in him shoving the Patriot and his Twitter comments) is just unnecessary to me.
