I'd bet on the Cowboys or the Bengals. Both are desperate for something to help them pull it together and both still think they can make the playoffs with a bit more. The 49ers have good reason to want him, but Singletary won't want to take the chance.

Cincy isn't going to pursue him, and I doubt Dallas would either. The Bengals already have the not-so-dynamic duo, and they don't need Moss in the mix to create a huuuuuge issue with three receivers with big egos all wanting a part of the ball (which is also an issue we'd run into if we, for some god-awful reason, picked him up).

Dallas shouldn't pursue him either, Austin, Williams, and Bryant are doing just fine. However, their issue is with the quarterback now. Sure, Kitna had the yardage but he sure had issues throwing into a very poor Jacksonville secondary.

Might this be a sign that Brett Favre won't be back soon? He was the one who pushed for Moss in Minnesota (and Green Bay before that). It could be that Childress is planning to start Tarvaris Jackson for a little while and doesn't want to deal with the headache Moss could be with an inexperienced QB.
