I have it. I love it. But it's no where near as player friendly as Call of Duty.

What do you mean by "player friendly?"

Have you played on-line yet?

I hear that at least half of your team are snipers and no matter what part of your body get hit with a sniper it's a one hit kill. That's why I was just gonna wait for Black Ops and keep playing Battlefield Bad Company 2. Bad Company 2 mastered mechanics and realism of sniping.

Yeah I have online. It's fun but most people just snipe and it's very frustrating. Usually you'll hear gun shots so then you'll take cover but once you get to cover you're dead. It's like the game lags before you die. But only then. I'll give it a 7.5/10

By user friendly I meant like anyone can pick it up, know the controls, and have fun.

Lol, I honestly haven't touched BC2 since I got Black Ops but I will be getting back into it though especially when Vietnam comes out. Black Ops is dope but I can't ignore BC2 though as I believe that's the best FPS this year despite Black Ops not being far behind. Is that your PSN name?

After getting the Limited Edition Black Friday despite what I heard about it(wanted BBC3 Beta, and Frontline isn't a bad extra), I can honestly say this is a great game. As said above, it is not as accessible as COD is but there is a learning curve and it takes alot more skill. 8/10 in my book.

How come no body is discussing it? I was hoping for some reviews.

Just beat it on PC. Wasn't bad, Bad company 2's Campaign was better. Essentially the same game because it runs on the same engine. I had fun.

BBC2 is better than both of them in terms of gameplay. Ugh I want to get into this game, but COD has me into it, and BBC2 is releasing VIP Map Pack Seven which comes with 2 maps from the BC2 campaign and 2 from BC1 online(I never played BBC1) so it's hard to have all three of these games. =/

I really like Medal of Honor. I hate how people inevitably try to grade it by comparing it to Call of Duty. That just isn't fair.

I would say its more realistic than COD. Snipers can be annoying but their numbers seem to have come down a bit. Plus, once you learn the maps you can really do some sniper hunting. Nothing beats coming from the back door of a room and knifing and entire room of snipers in the back one after another. I'm talking 4 or 5 guys.

I also really like the killstreaks. They are effective yet don't seem to be match winners in and of themselves like the chopper gunner or nuke are in MW2. I hate playing matches in MW2 where the other team keeps calling in some form of air support every 30 seconds and I feel like I don't have a chance. All the killstreaks in MOH are short and sweet.

I agree. In terms of gameplay, MoH can compete with CoD and Battlefield. However, what kept it from being a true contender was the lack of content in multiplayer (which is absolutely vital in every FPS especially in today's gaming world) and how it virtually brought nothing new to the table. While I love Black Ops, MoH takes ALOT more skill to play. It's not player-friendly at all. No killcams so you have to make decisions about where you move so you won't be in the line of fire and snipers being as they would be in real life(anything that isn't a arm or leg being hit by a sniper is a kill).
Yet like I said, lack of content made longevity a concern especially with Black Ops coming out a month after and that damned game is filled with replay value and content.

I agree about the lack of content. The game is really lacking in terms of number of guns and maps. The guns don't really bother me since I usually find one gun I like and stick with it. There could be more maps, but the ones they have are really good IMO. Like I said earlier, I love the no killcam. No more people coming for their revenge kill before I even have time to reload my gun from killing him the first time!

I was very frustrated with this game. I beat it on PC. And I'd go back and play all the missions because they were fun. I loved the game. But then one day it got to the EA logo screen and I got an error. Ever since it has always done the same thing. A lot of people are having this problem and some are having it with BFBC2. They're saying it's an EA thing and EA isn't doing anything to fix it. So even though I beat it, i kinda wasted 60 bux.

Loved the game but it was like as soon as I started to get into it the game finished, the campaign is far too short, but it was fun.

Especially when you consider EA split the game up between two different developers. One developer's only job was the single player. With the popularity of online play today, I could understand a short single player mode but not when thats all the developer's job was.

I find sufficient campaigns to be at least 10 hours, Medal of Honor took me only 6 hours.

I'm not even sure it took me 6. I did like the storyline though. Was based on Operation Anaconda. Fairly realistic, except they had ACU's for the Rangers instead of the DCU's they had in 2001/2002.
