My take on the NBA is Not Before April.

Hahaha, love it, and how true!

Not a Lakers fan but what the hell has happened to the Lakers lately? They seem a bit off track.
They're really old, and couldn't care less about the regular season. I like the Lakers, but that's where they are right now.

Even last season they had seem to have more fire than what they're showing this year. It's disappointing to watch.

I love watching Shannon Brown play though. Kid has some serious hops.

Yeah, he seems to be the only guy with any energy right now... even Kobe doesn't seem to be himself, and he was the leading vote-getter for the All Star game.

Koby and Gasol are not playing nice with each other and Odom has "Kardashianitis" and the team is getting older.

Congratulations to the Cleveland Cavaliers for setting a NBA Record. Sure, it's the longest losing streak in the history of the league... but hey, at least post-James Cleveland will be remembered for something, right?

I wonder if Dan Gilbert still believes his team will win a title before LeBron does.
I don't know why he even thought it was a possibility.

The man was heated but why he foolishly guaranteed it in an open letter to the fans is beyond me.

I haven't heard a word from him this season. Hes too mesmerized by the Heat's performance I guess.

lol

He better hope a special talent falls into his lap in the lottery or the Cavs will be setting records in futility for years to come.

They got lucky with LeBron and couldn't do anything with him. They need more than one special talent to get over this gigantic hump. They stink and will continue to stink for many many years... that being said, I fully expect the Wizards to lay an egg in Cleveland (Sunday, Feb. 13) and break the losing streak, while continuing our own futility in road games (currently 0-25).

That's going to be an epic match-up for all the wrong reasons.

I think Blake Griffin is quickly becoming the poster child in L.A.
No way. It's Kobe's town until he's finished

This.

In other news, it was great to see Ray Allen break the 3-point record. Even being a Laker fan, I can't help but have loads of respect for him. Its just too hard not to like the guy.

It was great to watch Allen break the record. I thought he'd miss the shot because he didn't elevate straight up like he normally does but it was nice moment nonetheless.

But then again he may not be in L.A. very long....The Clippers may not be able to afford him down the road but i could see him in a Lakers uniform.

I'm happy for Ray, but was also glad to see the Lakers get back on track.

If you're talking about Kobe, I'd say he has about 4 or 5 years left. As long as the Lakers stay competitive.

If you're also talking about Griffin in a Lakers uniform, then you're the man.

I am thinking the Clippers may not be able to afford Griffin at contract time and the Lakers probably can but if he is the beast that he appears to be than there will be plenty of teams interested. Not real familiar with the Clippers but i wonder how they survive in LA.

Leave it to the Clippers to snap Cleveland's losing streak... now the Wizards' game tomorrow is meaningless... perhaps it's our turn to snap our 25 game road losing streak :P
