Tony Romo Injured

My fantasy team took a huge hit tonight when Tony Romo went down with a broken collarbone. He will likely miss a lot of time, if not the rest of the season. Who are the best options from this pool of free agent QB's?

Ryan Fitzpatrick
Matthew Stafford
Matt Cassel
Matt Moore

Also, with Brett Favre down, it could be fair to assume Randy Moss's production drops as well. Would you make this trade (taking into account that I do not have a backup QB to replace Romo, and Fitzpatrick, who I believe to be the top addition from that group, will be picked up before I can get to him).

I would jump all over Stafford while he people might be sleeping on him. Stafford has megatron and the Lions seem to be in passing situations a lot.

Then I would get Fitzpatrick followed by Cassell, then Moore.

Fitzpatrick has the second best passer rating and has 11 touchdowns on the year and averages around 250 yards a game. Also scrambles occasionally. I picked him up when Romo went down and I am very confident he will get the job done.
