Last week he became the Ravens all time leading passer in yardage
And this week he surpassed 8,000 yds in his career.(8235)
not bad attributes for the 3rd yr QB.

Those are going down. The only Franchise Record I think Joe will struggle surpassing is the 4167 single season passing yards that Vinny put up. He'll eventually get that one as well probably.

I think Flacco is great, he still has some learing to do but he CAN be a top 5 QB, still wearing my Flacco jersey!

Flacco has really been showcasing his arm strength recently. Those two tds to heap were absolute rockets. Hes looking more confident out there every week. He still underthrows on the deep balls but hes getting better at that as well.

Im looking forward in seeing him blossom even more these next few weeks

I agree, this year he's not going to get over 4000 yards. I believe his down like 100 yards on what he should've been to be on track for that (250 yards every game).
But next year, if we's still got Q, Mase, TJ and Stallworth, then he's got a good shot of going to about 4,200.

9 TDs and 1 interception since that Cincy game is a big part of why the Ravens are 5-2. With good QB play you can be in every single game no matter what the defense is doing.

Yep if you have a good QB you can win any game and have a shot to win late. Now I know good examples would be Manning, Brady, Rivers, Brees but for some real good examples, the reason why the Bucs, Rams, and the Bills were so competitive yesterday was because of good QB play. Bradford is the real deal, Freeman is coming around and I'm starting to think Fitzpatrick who has been pretty good since he started can provide the Bills a reason to extend him at least 2 years, and just give him recievers and a offensive line and the Bills would actually be decent.

I agree Flacco and Fitzpatrick were poised and had a great game. I said it in another thread that the guy Fitzpatrick puts up some good numbers the Bills just can't find a way to win with the numbers. I agree they almost had their first on us but...... they didn't. The only reason why his passer rating went down is because of the two R's Ray, and Reed.
