And you think it was SMART for Cam to call passing plays right off the bat? That it was a good plan for Flacco to throw 31 passes in a game where if we just unleashed our run game on them they would of been worn down? Rice and McGahee were like the running of the bulls and the bills couldn't do spit about it.

I'm of the opinion that I don't know 'spit' about the Ravens game plan and was only offering a reason as to why we were running the plays we were running. Rice and McGahee (him especially) were getting off some good clips, but why do you think that was happening? We came out passing. There isn't just running to set up the pass, there is also passing to set up the run, especially against a team that is last in rushing and wanted to prove they could stop the rush. I'm not saying we couldn't have run more, but I am saying that just hindsighting every freakin' game Cam calls is just not the way to go about it.

IMO Mattison was the one who got worked today. The first blitz where Washington got burned was on Fabe, but then to have him call it again in basically the same situation was retarded. Before he even snapped the ball I was yelling out 'oh boy we're going to get burned', sure enough it was basically a mirror image of what had happened earlier in almost the exact same situation. Mattison didn't know what they were throwing at him all game and it was evident at how frustrated the defense was getting. We need to get Wilson in there a bit in some of Washington's snaps because Fabians play has certainly granted Harbaugh to give Wilson a shot.

3 pro bowl running backs. THREE. Nothing you can say will justify Cam coming out there and throwing on the first drive.

Do I really have to trot out some of the players that have been named to the Pro Bowl? It's a popularity contest that really means nothing in the end. Sam Koch should have made the Pro Bowl, and Cundiff so far is having a Pro Bowl year, but he probably won't make it because he's not a household name. Pro Bowl means nothing to me. It's what you're actually doing on the field. I don't have to justify what Cam called, and neither does he. He had a reason for it and I believe that his sticking to the pass is what opened up some of the holes Willis and Ray saw. You don't have to agree, and it's been apparent for quite some time that you only see the negative in what the Ravens have and may accomplish in the future. It's just sad to see.

be4 everyone starts bashing cam and his play calling, yes we shuld ran more, but we still showed we can win games and get by with the plays he did call... for ex. the first play of the 2nd half they probably shuld ran but instead they did a flea-flicker and 99.9% of the world was not expecting that .1% being the Ravens. No matter if you think cam is to conservative that is they only time the ravens have ever pulled a flea-flicker.. We traded for Boldin for a reason not just to run 24/7 against arguably the worst all around D in the league..the Ravens showed today why they are a Super-Bowl caliber team because early on they were looking past the Bills to the bye-week and showed they can score points and play enough D and WIN games.. i dont care if it was the bills there an NFL team for a reason

yeah cams play calling sucked against the pats, specifically the runs in OT. to rice. 3 times./

but the rest of the season, ive had no problem with cam. its just been mostly offense to this point not executing. today, the defense didnt execute the entire game. /

give our team credit. alot of teams would kill to be 5-2, but we always find a reason to complain. the ravens are already looking better than they have the past 2 years. BE EXCITED PEOPLE =)
