That play where we Lewis recovered the fumble was questionable, but understandable. There was still forward momentum, so... I do not think it was a gift. More like a FU by the refs that went our way.

I wouldn't say we got seriously outplayed, we didn't outplay them. It was pretty bad on defense for both sides, and we caused turnovers. We even gave them one back when we fumbled the snap on the 10. I'll give the Bills credit and say they went toe to toe with us, but don't say we got seriously outplayed. That's just false.

For all the games where we got questionable calls in the past, we seem to be getting a fair share of them this year. I'll take it.

i've never understood the term of a team "deserving" to win. whoever plays better gets the win, we "technically" played better so we got the win. just like the freakin browns beating the saints today. did the browns "deserve" to win? no cause they are the browns. but they won, somehow

how did we not? fitzpatrick at one point had a perfect passer rating, we were making this guy look like a future hall of famer and he was throwing to recievers that i've never even heard of. Who the hell is Steve Johnson? They made the plays starting from their own 9 yard line and in overtime were actually moving the ball, something we needed to do the past 2 weeks in overtime and failed at it. That turnover (plus the penalty) might just have been the only way we were gonna win in OT or it might've been a repeat of last week.

Happy about win dont get me wrong, but not happy about the performance.

We have lost games that we deserve to win.....never once changed the W-L standing.

So I say did we deserve it?.....I don't care, we won, period!

Now do we have a lot to review this bye week and get better? Yep.

5-2 is better than 4-3 any day!

I understand that we played below our own standards, but the Bills did not clearly outplay us as a team. They turned it over more, their defense looked poor at times. Our defense got seriously outplayed by the Bills offense, I'll give you that. But as teams they looked pretty evenly matched (which is not a good thing). I do think that the Bills, like the Browns, are a little underrated. The Browns just beat the Saints, so they'll get some credit there.

Absolutely, we deserve to win. Ed Reed and the Offense played their [i]<butt>[/i] over. I am just glad the bye week is here, and their backs can get some much earn rest from carrying the defense today.

McGahee, Flacco (struggled early but kept his cool and came around), Heap, Reed, Lewis. These people carried this team today. After he collapsed I can't believe they put Heap back into the game. He needs this bye week.

Ed was limping and in pain late in the game. He needs this bye.

I don't know what the Jekyll and Hyde thing is with this team this season but they need to find the cause and fix it over the bye.

Of course we deserved this win. Just because it didn't come on a silver platter doesn't mean we didn't deserve it. We earned it. We played hard throughout the whole 4 and a half quarters and we came out with the win. The Bills players are still NFL players we didn't play a High School team. It wasn't easy nor was it pretty but in the end it was well deserved.

There have been several games the Ravens lost that they deserved the win ( last week included ) so deserving wins or not means nothing . Bout time our offence bailed the defence out even though I hate the sound of that but it is what it is. How ironic for Ed to come back only for our secondary to have its worst game of the year ( Ed excluded , hes a beast ). There definitely is some quirks on D that needs to be addressed , Mattison play calling and easy to block dialed up blitzes being one of them. We will get alot better, I got faith. ( no need to panic, I see the Bills doing what they did to us to alot of teams.

but yes of course we "deserved" to win. and everyone makes the bills seem like a horrible team and IF we wouldve lost, it woulda been horrible. dont get me wrong if we would've lost, i'd be upset. but the bills arent as bad of a team as everyone made them out to be. they could easily be 3-3 right now or even 4-2

Just wanted to reiterate it, and you're exactly right. We played a team that had just came off of a bye week and was HUNGRY for a win against arguably the best team in the NFL. They have us their all and we handled it pretty well because we came out with the W.

Every week, we keep saying this after seeing the same issues. I want to have faith but it is hard when there just doesn't seem to be anything being done. We just keep doing the same thing over and over in these games.

The pass rush has been an issue from day one and yet, we have done nothing to fix it.

Cam's play calling has been predictable and sometimes just off the wall and nothing changes.

Mattison has been rushing 3 and dropping 8 since the Jets' game and it has not changed.

We are stacked with talent and we just let the winless Bills' take us to OT. I'm reaching deep for the faith at this point and it has nothing to do with our players.

We could have definitely executed better defensively.But fitzpatrick was playing out of this world today as well. A few amazing throws, great decisions for the most part, and made plays with his feet. He showed that game at NE was no fluke. Give credit where its due, buffalo earned every point they got, just dismissing it as 'we played like crap and didnt deserve to win' is a pretty pretentious thing to say.

The man had all the time in the world in the pocket. Shoot, give any QB that kind of time and they could look like world beaters. I'm not trying to dismiss what they did. They made some great plays, on defense as well as offense. But c'mon, we have more talent on our team, period. This should not have been a nail biter game. Not a blowout perhaps, but not a nail biter.

I was at the game today and I have to say I had a blast and I wish I could come back more often but I'll be going to the Panthers game in Nov so I'll take that lol. Now based upon what I saw, Yes we did deserve it and no we did not. The way they played in the first half, I would say we won a game we didn't have no business winning. Though when the second half began, we certainly deserved it coming back from being down 14 not once.... but twice!

Ray Lewis once again proves he is like fine wine, gets better with age. No other LB would still be making the plays Ray makes at his age. No other line backer would have knocked out Sproles last year, no other LB entering his 15th season would have nailed Keller the way Ray did earlier this year, and no other linebacker would have had the sense to strip the ball to force a turnover.

I give much props to Buffalo as they put up a good fight, but came up short. I should have saw this coming, they put up 38 against the Pats and we lost to the Patriots.

The bills handed us our hats no question. No ifs ands of buts they beat us. BUT muck like the Ravens a week ago, they were unable to put the bow on the package. They could not finish what they started, so we did.

A win IS a win and I'm very happy that we came out with a win but you have to admit it is a little disappointing that we didn't play as well as we could/should have. The Bills have lost all 6 of their games this season but I do believe all of them have been pretty close so I'm not trying to take anything away from the Bills but it is a little...IDK...weird and slightly disappointing that now that we have a good offense, our defense is now giving up yards and points.

This game kind of reminds me of our first game last year against the Chiefs at home. We won but we did give up a lot of points and yards which no one really expected with our defense.
