I never said anything about being on anyone's side. It just amuses me that Steeler fans are sending money in for what's chump change to Harrison to pay for a by-the-books illegal hit. It doesn't matter how the players feel about it, the hit was illegal.

LOL consider the League and Steelers even now. The league fined James Harrison and to make it up to the Steelers they hand them a victory. The League now considers it even.

They didn't hand us a damn thing. That was the right call. Ben said HE had the dang FB on the bottom of the pile and laid off it because it was ruled a TD. There were a few non-calls that we DIDN'T get as well in that game and on big plays. And, if I'm not mistaken, there was 2:26 on the clock; this was [u]not [/u]the final play of the game.

The Dolphins linebacker said he had the ball and heard a ref say "white ball!" Don't listen to the players on either side in this instance, they lie.

The referees made the "right call", after replay. In a perfect world, the play should have never been signaled a TD and they should have let it play out [i](the Dolphins did come up with the ball after the scrum)[/i]; but in the NFL, things are rarely perfect.

And I definitely agree with you on the 2:26 point! The Dolphins had ample time to drive down the field at home and score some points. Chad Henne and the offense made the least of that opportunity. The Steelers won and, as much as it pains me to say it, they earned it.

This is one of those instances where I almost wish the refs WOULD have given the ball to Miami. Although, THAT would have been the wrong thing to do. Anyway, we had 2:30 and all three timeouts. No question in my mind we get it back with plenty of time to kick that game winner. Miami started at their own 30 and only needed about 40 yards to try their game winner and they couldn't do it. We won, we deserved to win, end of story.
