What Time Does Lot B / C Open For The Game ?

I want to make sure I get there early as I am bringing my disabled mother and son with me and I am hoping to get a good handicap spot. What time do the lots open and what time is the best to get there ? I normally get there around 1030-11 am .. but i want to make sure im there early enough to get a spot.

The lots open early. At least 8am. The gates to the stadium open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
