Boston/Atlanta all nodded up! looks like the four leaf clovers luck power is running out. I still expect them to win this round, but next round it could be over...

WOW!

If you thought regular season dwight Howard was good, Playoff Dwight Howard is something else.

he recorded his the 3rd 20/20 of the series (out of only five games) after putting up only eight in 82 games this season (I say only, but that figure comfortably led the league).

He is a BEAST!

Dwight's going to be remembered as one of the greatest players of all time at this rate. he's so strong and quick inside and I swear this cat has giant magnets on his hands because the ball has a weird way of always finding its way there!

D-Ho, as I call him, is a monster. He's got a solid supporting cast too, especially w/ Turkoglu. When the Kings were good in the early 2000's he was a very underrated role player.

My thing is, as much as I hated Reddick in college, I wanna see what he can do in the NBA. I mean, that kid can freakin shoot! Imagine, they double down on D-Ho, he dishes out to Turkoglu, who swings it to Reddick, BAM! 3 more points on the board.

Shouldn't it be D-How? The D-Ho thing just isn't working for me.

I can understand that. How about D-Ho(w)? Or does that look too much like math/chemistry?

Blue & White IGNITE!!!!

Explanation: Even though I don't care for the NBA, I've decided to jump on the Magic bandwagon.

If we had Chris Paul, we'd be the best team in the NBA hands down.

Think you could say the same about the Wizards if they had D-Ho(w).

Is D-Ho(w) a center or pf? Center, right?

Yeah, center. I don't know if he switches back and forth any, but he's listed as a center and that's all I've seen him do.

He's a full-time center. He stays under the basket and muscles everyone else out of his way.

If he does get fired, I'll just be glad I don't have to keep hearing about how fun the Suns are to watch.

Agreed

I prefer the Wiz but of course I'm biased. Golden State is very fun to watch tho.

I really hate how people keep saying the Spurs are boring. Yeah Tim Duncan's game isn't flashy, but have you seen Parker, Ginobili and Thomas? Those guys hussel! Honestly, they can play fast or slow and thats what makes them so good.

Edit: spelling

Do you guys still think the west is the better confrence? We already have two teams eliminated and they are both from the west while the Hawks and 76ers are giving all they can handle to the pistons and celtics.

Pistons look like they're awake now. Not sure what to make of the Celtics, but I love that the Hawks aren't backing down.

damn that was a terrible finish by the Cavs! oh well I guess it's sweeter to close it out on their homecourt.

if they pick up Avery Johnson then that would be splendid! a defensive mindset for the Suns is just what the doc ordered.

Am I the only one who thought that last night's Wiz-Cavs game had an obvious home court bias? I had lots of examples last night but they seem to have left my head...

Oh!! When Caron fouled Lebron at the elbow while he was still on the ground, the refs blew the whistle and THEN Lebron threw up a shot and the refs said it was a shooting foul. That was total BS!

I missed that, but it sounds shady. I thought the Technical on Songaila was weird. Wasn't his fault that LeBron tried to throw his arm away but ended up punching himself with Songaila's hand. Just the same, it was worth the T for the comedic value.

On the flip side, Mike Brown was arguing hard for a foul after LeBron missed, but the refs realized Ilgauskas had shoved Songaila into his path to get flattened and made the correct non-call.

It seemed out of character of Songaila to hit Lebron in the face, but it sure looked like it was intentional to me.

But I agree on the good no-call on Songy at the end. Besides, I think Caron may have been hit as he went up, and Antawn was def hit a few possessions prior to that and didn't get a call.

Edit: It just sucks to go against the Cavs cuz David Stern would love for it to be a Cavs-Celtics eastern conference finals. The better Lebron does, the more money the NBA makes.
