Yeah, I think Wade is probably my second favorite player in the NBA behind Melo. I dont have a favorite Laker player, I just like seeing them win.

I think OKC might be tanking this year so they can draft a big man next year and be serious contender. I mean, KD, Jeff Green, Russell Westbrook and they've only won 4 games? Smells a lil' fishy to me. Those 3, plus a behemoth Center from the draft (or trade for Eddy Curry, they could probably get him insanely cheap at this point) plus Chris Wilcox at 4. That's a very dangerous team.

But OKC is way more talented than the Grizzlies and the Wiz have had to deal with injuries to Arenas, Haywood, Butler and Jaimison. Pretty much everyone of their key players. No team can compete under those circumstances.

Well look at the Celtics 2 years ago, loaded with young talent ( al Jefferson) and they sucked. OKC got a lot of young talent but no veteran leadership they a team needs to close out ball games. I do think the organization don't care if they are losing this season to get that draft pick, but i don't think they have the vets to win that many more games. And Durant sucks on defense, and westbrook isn't developed yet.

Westbrook will be good when he stops turning the ball over. KD really isn't that bad on D, and has all the tools to be a great defender. I agree they could do with some veteran leadership. But they could get that from a low-level free agent like PJ brown or Latrell Sprewell.

I could see sprewell coming back, PJ isn't coming back. As a Celtics fan, I wish he did come back to us.

Exactly, this team has great potential. I think OKC will be a surpise team next season.

I think he is going to be great but I dont know for sure. We will all have to just wait and see how he does in the NBA.

I think he's going to be a bit of an Andrea Bargiani (sp?), but I'm pretty bad a choosing which players are going to make the transition for College to NBA.

Any other Knick fans here? They've been my team since I was 5 years old, back in the '96 season in the days of Ewing, Starks, Houston, etc. Not closer to any other team in the world (not even Ravens, only started liking NFL since 05). stuck with em thru the ****tiest of seasons

Your favorite Knick must be Stephon Marbury. :)

My favourite NBA stat of the day:
Who has the longest losing streak in the Eastern Conference?
The Boston Celtics.

I can't root for the Magic anymore. JJ Reddick now has significant playing time on the team and is making a positive contribution.

But JJ is being detrimental to the team with his poor defence!!!
Just stay. It's fine. It'll all be fine.

oh god I can't believe I haven't posted here in awhile! I will re-christen it with a halfcourt buzzer beater by Devin Harris :)

The first time I saw that I was sure it was travelling, but then when you see it from closer you can see Iguodala knocks it out.
