Helmet-To-Helmet Rule

Hines hit was shoulder to shoulder, that's why it was a legal hit. I'm actually not sure what was changed about the rule though.

This hit was most definitely helmet-to-facemask and not "head-on". The rule was made to stop it.

PS - stupid, slippery Ben and his first downs. I won't be happy to see him back.
