[Blogs] ‘Absolutely No Way’ Willis Will Be Traded

Is there anyway Cam Cameron can get on to the field, get injured and be out for the season...he's already making calls like someone who had a concussion. I hate this guy.

I am thrilled we cleared up any trade talks regarding Willis for this season. He has been a great role player especially in the red zone. Give it to the young back to do all of the heavy lifting then use a former Pro Bowler to punch it in from there. Although this past week's loss was unbearable to watch (for many reasons), I cannot wait to see Willis run wild against his former team this weekend! Shout out to our 2000 Super Bowl Championship Team... who says we can't do it again ten years later?

picking up meriman will give our defense more aggression Ray can bring some fire out of him plus we need Mcgahee, and i hope important personnel sees this cause what good is having players that can be starters else where and not playing them, Cam Mcgahee can get one yard.

OK call me crazy here but what I'm getting from this is a bunch of BS. There are no trade talks for Willis yet he sat on the bench drinking G2 the duration of the game.
Where is the logic in this? where is the smash mouth football? I certainly dont see it. We have 3 of the most capable backs in the league!!!! Any other team would be licking their chops for these guys. If were not going to run the ball and do it with a purpose then lets at least fake it and air it out. Running Rice into brick walls for 3 yard gains and no first downs is not the answer.

Can we play like we want a championship or will we sit and watch less than stellar teams i. e Lions, Rams , Browns play with " ice in their veins" passing down field with ease and breaking 20 and 30 yd runs.

Will the real RAVENS COACHING STAFF PLEASE STAND UP!!!!!!

i really wish we could go back to the way we played in flacco's rookie year.. and use willis n ray, and put in laron in the 4th and have every pass play be play action the d would have no idea what to expect every play

We also said there's no way Trevor Pryce was going to be let go...
We also said our play calling in the 4th quarter wasn't conservative...
We also said the wind played a factor in our loss...
We also said we don't have any audibles available for use...

We all know every single one of those are false, too.

Coach Harbs is a more conservative coach, coaches like him don't give away anything (Trade, Injuries, ect.). They just give the basic anwsers to satisfy us

Enough talk. Talk is cheap as we all know. The Ravens have the talent to win. Yet, it appears that our soft spot is in the coaching ranks. If this team is going to win the big one this year, then they need to use all of their tools and develop sound game plans. This should be ano brainer since we have the "shrewdest" Offensive Cordinater in the game. Fans don't want excuses just wins. That is what we are paying for.

Just stop the complaining.Enough is enough, we lost, let it go. We have had a tough schedule and coming out of it at 4 and 2 I think is good. Button your chin straps here comes the next step to the playoffs! Go Ravens!

You are right about 1 thing enough is enough. Time for a change. If we continue to back off our leads like we did against the Pats we won't even see the playoffs. Like I said before ,take the dang leash off of Flacco. Let him be the QB we all know he can be without micro-managing him.

No,not the end of the world, but if you don't learn from that 1 game it makes you worry about the rest of the games. I just hope the coaches did learn something out of this.

At first I was really skeptical of even the thought of Merriman in the purple and black, yet the more I think about it, it starts to make more sense. He would really add another dynamic to our pass rush and would aggressively pursue the quartersbacks (which would be nice when we have to face Roethlisberger, who is very elusive in the pocket). Also, let's keep in mind that he was a UMD boy and he would play for the fans and the city, not himself. Harbaugh will coach and discipline him and remind him that we brought him in for one thing: to win a Super Bowl. I know it sounds crazy, but hey, why not give it a shot?

i like the rest of you want to vent my frustration after losses especially ones we should have won. we have a solid coaching staff aside from jerry rosburg the ST coach who should be replaced asap. our return teams get no yardage and we never block punts or field goals. i too hope a lesson was learned by the coaching staff from this loss and that is no lead is safe and show no mercy. now lets go destroy buffalo and work on some of the kinks that this team has.

Totally agree with jhonnyboy. Let's demoralize Buffalo, go into the bye 5-2, fix our issues on all sides of the ball, and come out of the bye a football juggernaut that no one can handle. GO RAVENS!!!

The Ravens have been more successful when utilizing ALL THREE BACKS.It makes it that much harder for teams to scheme against three different types of backs, especially our three. Next time you go up against a playoff caliber team like the Patriots,YOU NEED TO PUT THE FINAL NAIL IN THE COFFIN AND END IT!!!!!!!!!

I think it would be stupid to trade McGahee, but here is one of those we don't really know whats going on behind the scenes because no one is talking type of situations, so we have to guess WHY when the Rice seemed stuck in the pan, we didn't throw a little McGahee on the fire, if you see what I mean.

Are we really sayingwe don't block punts or field goals so ST Coach should be fired?! How many blocked punts have their been; blocked field goals? We've worked hard to stop any runbacks, but other teams don't? Can we seriously get real!!! There are two teams on the field and sometimes they don't like the idea of losing either and sometimes they win. I can't believe how many unemployed coaches we have in Baltimore.
