Wrapped my 7 around a pole with no one else involved, thank god!! Air bag burned my arm, laceration to the neck, two stictches in my arm.....but I walked away!

Accidents are terrifying.
I guess you'll be pretty sore for the next few days.
It depends how bad it was for you, but accidents can leave you mentally and physically messed up for days, and sometimes the pain actually increases before it heals.
Sucks, about you car too.

Yeah, telephone pole. Between the air bags, the way BMW's are built and the fact I was wearing my seat belt is why I walked away!

I could tell by the way your hood was crumpled in that perfect pole half-moon shape...

I had a perfect half-moon shape in my front left fender eons ago.

Just glad you're ok, man. You won't be holding Trey for a while though. Did they give you the good muscle relaxers??

They gave me a prescription for something.....not sure what though. My wife is out filling it now.

It happened on Harford Rd just north of the Baltimore County line where the speed limit is 50 and I was doing about that; 50-55....Happened in a flash.
