Really? I don't recall any INTs today. When people were open he hit them and even when they weren't, he made big-time throws.

The not going for it on 4th and 1 lost us this game. We were out couached today.

Enough said.

This. 1000x this. That one play could have put the game away.

It means little now but I thought you could see the regret on Harbaugh's face after the game started to turn when they punted in that situation.

There were a number of times when the WRs were well-covered(as evidenced by Joe looking around when he had time) but I clearly remember a play where Joe rolled to his left and had Q with some decent separation between two defenders. I don't know why he didn't release the ball but it's something he'll learn from.
He didn't have enough time/room to reload and throw it 20 yards down field to Boldin. And he was running to his left. It was practically impossible for him to make that throw

Q was not 20 yards down-field on that play man. It wouldn't have been an easy throw but I think he should have pulled the trigger.

If my memory serves me correctly, it was at least 15 yards

yeah really!!!! sure no ints today...cool! but in OT Flacco threw the ball to Heap who was double-covered and we had to kick it back to the Pats. also, Flacco was unable to put us in scoring position to win the game! right?????

"in clutch situations....the offense plays soft! " I don't know about you, but the Steelers game was a clutch situation

And on the Heap play, it was a decent read. The safety didn't get over Heap in time, and Heap beat that player (can't remember if it was Arrington or Chung) earlier in the game. Heap had a great size advantage, and Joe trusted Heap to bring down the ball, but it was a bit underthrown.

He's one player. The WRs have to get open the and Cam can't call for them to run routes under 10 yards when they've consistently beat NE's DBs down the field all game.

You were complaining about how un-clutch he is BRO. I really dont see how you think Flacco was the problem when it was quite clear how awful Camerons play calling was.

I don't believe people can't see the obvious.
Denver Game, Pats Game,

Joe starts the game almost perfect throwing the ball then suddenly he can't complete any passes.
The only thing different is the play calling. Joe runs the plays that Cam calls. Cams play calling is horrible.

Also, the plays he calls are very basic plays. Cam expects that the ravens players will beat the opposing players so there is very little play action and its the same plays over and over again throughout the whole game.

Cam does not know how to adjust his game plan to take advantage of the opposing defense.

I don't remember it being that long but today's game will surely be replayed on NFLN. Hopefully that play is shown so we can know for sure.

Its just so frustrating. We thought this was finally going to be the year when we actually had a fun offense to watch. But I really don't see too much of a difference from last year.....

No doubt, Cam didnt evolve his playbook at all to incorporate what Boldin does best.

Ever since Cam has come to Baltimore. His game plans just go against conventional wisdom with the pieces he has. Its a bit of over thinking mostly.

Thats what irks me the most, Boldin should be dominating the middle of the field for us and getting the ball early at times so he can shrug off corners these days who head first dive with their heads down at him trying to tackle him. I know we want to spread the ball around and what not, but damn give Boldin the friggen ball, theres no reason for him to only have 5 catches the past 2 weeks. None at all.

Good point. What I dislike is how he says "Audibles are overrated" Well you know what Cam? Check down passes aren't any better!! Flacco's in his 3rd year. Let him read the defense, make the adjustments, and then call the play HE likes instead of having to run a play he may not like and then reach for his safety blanket.

We should be the kings of slant passes. That's all I keep thinking. Get these guys balls in the middle and let them work on YAC, especially Boldin. These fade routes to the outside are fine and dandy. But I would feel more comfortable doing those passes if we had that ideal X receiver.

I saw it that way too! The team also has a weakness in red-zone offense.

We have been throwing more slant passes. I remember during Joe's rookie year, Cam Cameron refused to call up slants

Cam is terrible. I say it after every single game win or lose. His play calling is absolutely horrendous.
no he's very good, but hes just not great. the loss today was on two people. harbaugh is a small way, who i love but should have went for it in reg 4th and inches at the 50, and cameraon because he played way too conservie and abused rice who was doing his best but wasnt breaking anything we gotta use these receivers.

Also where was the PLAY ACTION TODAY???!!!!!!!!!!

When are we going to put a team away when we have a good lead. It's always let's run run pass and punt hoping for our defense to save the day! We have lost the creativity we had last year. Mississippi State ran the ball 42 straight times yseterday and Florida could not stop them. Who cares about a balanced attack when the other team throws the ball all over the field like Denver/New England. The hell with fundamentals! Let's play to win!

He did it plenty of times, but did in very obvious situations. Like, 2nd and 9 after Rice gains 1 yard.

I, too, always said Cam Cameron sucks at playcalling
