1st trade is good. Tom Brady without the quick strike ability. J-Stew absolutely useless this year. Getting Ryan Matthews (buying low) and Mike Vick.

I'd wait to pull the trigger on the first until Mike Vick is healthy again and regains his starting role. I'd definitely go for the 2nd trade though.
