Hahaha stealing the breast cancer awareness balls, great stuff...

The people who say Joe doesn't have any passion should watch this, he gets excited watching McGahee and Rice run for scores.

Why would they wire someone who never says anything? I thought it was funny how he got up after the sack, like nothing happen.

Good stuff.

Hahaha this made me laugh really really hard. When Ray Lewis is doing his pregame pump up Joe is mumbling along... And when he was talking to Bulger "I was really proud of that throw I'm not gonna lie".

He does have a personality beyond popular belief.

Great clip, thanks for posting that. Man that does shed some light for myself at least, I'll be the first to admit that Joe never really seemed to be real motivational out there. Of course I saw the excitement from him when he threw or handed off for a score. But I just didn't think he was on the side line that much talking with his players. In that video it shows he does, but you can still tell he seems like a shy kid at the same time while saying things to his o-line and others. All in all it opened my eyes toward Joe more, just about his whole character not his playing status at all, I know he's a damn good QB and sky is the limit for him.

I laughed every time he said "baby".

I didn't like it when he walked over to the side-line after failing to score on that QB sneak and kept saying "I didn't get it." Even if he didn't he should be showing more self-confidence. If the replay booth doesn't think you made it then they won't challenge it.

His mono-tone mumbling through Ray's pre-game pump-up was a bit...weird.

Awesome find! Ha, I knew Flacco was into it despite all the 'no emotion' stuff! But what struck me was how he calmly stated, 'Yea, I think I've got seven or eight incompletions,' with a smile on his face. Makes me proud of the guy. That's my quarterback! :242736:

Haha, his 'baby' is great. And I must say, I'm glad he went right over and said he didn't get it, because what if he'd had more confidence that he had gotten it even though he knew he probably didn't..we could've wasted a time out. I like that he has enough confidence in himself to know when and when he hasn't succeeded and to tell the truth about it. Nothing worse then a guy crying he did something when he didn't, and then screwing his team out of a timeout and/or rhythm.

I like right at the beginning where he says "I got personality". Cracked me up.
Me too.

The thing about Joe is that he's surrounded by huge personalities on every side of the ball on our team, he just gets a bit drowned out.
He's coming into his own, and he's funny, but I would assume he's a bit intimidated or still somewhat shy around all the huge personalities and ego's we have.
If you watch his pressers from this year, he already is getting more comfortable and outspoken.

I totally agree. If anything, being honest and ready to go out and make it right is confidence, not lying and saying he did get it, when he is smart enough to know that he didn't shows he's not just out there running around.

I agree with that, I've seen it, too.

In the offseason he proclaimed that 4,000 yards would be no problem, or something to that effect. To the people saying "he doesn't show enough confidence", there is a difference between "confidence" and "arrogance". Don't get them confused.

So you want him to have false confidence even though he knows what actually happened?

He sounded like Ray Romano must sound like when he wakes up in the morning. "Awwww, we can do all things..."

I always laugh when i hear that "YEAHHHH" the same exact way every time after somebody gets a TD
It's kind of like the Dean scream.

On another note, watching Dickson take Dawkins for a ride never gets old.

I'd like to echo the lack of 2 TE sets too. Dickson is too athletic and too big a mismatch against LBs not to utilize him.

I think that was necessary. He was being honest and he also gave Coach Harbaugh and Coach Cam time to figure out what play they wanted to call next.

Exactly..and its better than him pleading for a challenge and the Ravens losing a timeout.

All I say to Flacco is he's a down-to-earth dude, but ironically he is just as competitive as any NFL player in the league.

Ha, I don't know, the Dean scream is hard to match.
It's nearly impossible to unleash such a primal war chant, such as Dean did.
On a sidenote, when Flacco screams, he ends up winning, when Dean does, well...

My QB curses? I didn't even know he talked on the field. lol

He has emotional TD's
He's a thief
And a damn good QB

I can't wait to see his Superbowl chant. Should be pimp.

Chea! :D
