Colston?

one of the teams in my league just dropped marques colston. he hasnt done much this year, but is he still worth picking up? can he still be the WR he was a few years ago?

I would say it all depends who you have now and whether or not it would be worth picking him up and dropping another player. I don't think you can just answer this question without knowing who you have on your team.

Ok, but who else? Sometimes it can be worth to add a WR for someone in another position as well, at least I've done it before.

I still like Floyd and Wallace over Colston. Just not a fan of any of the Saints WR. You just can't count on them at all.

But if you can't get both of those guys and still have Mike Williams on your roster, I'd think about switching out for Colston.

Ok, look. No way in hell you get rid of Miles Austin or Wes Welker. Mike Williams is decent. Malcom Floyd is better than Colston and Wallace. Hope that you can pick him up, if you do, keep him! Wallace, Colston, and Wiliams are close to the same IMO.

RB: Jamaal Charles, Leshaun Mccoy, Peyton Hillis, Michael Turner
WR: Mark Clayton, Miles Austin, Wes Welker, Johnny Knox
TE: Jermichael Finley
K: Mason Crosby
D: saints
i have since dropped Flacco, Clayton. Knox, and finley
i have waiver claims in for Malcom Floyd, Marshawn Lynch, Mike Williams, Mike Wallace, and Tony Moeaki

Its also important to note that you are in an 8 team league.

From what I recall yesterday. Zach Miller is on the waiver wire for him as well.

Personally I'd take Zach Miller before Moeaki.

Oh yeah definitely. I obviously didn't know about what other TE's were on the Waiver wire for his league. How did you know? (maybe it is more obvious than I thought?)

LOL what happens if the Giants have a bad game....should spread it around a bit.

That's like (IMO) having a QB and a WR from the same team starting. It depends on various other factors but that can be a big gamble sometimes.

I'd pick him up strictly for bye week purposes. He is still the #1 receiver there regardless
