Love the mis-spellling, it fits! We made the Pat's our, well you know, last year! They, to their credit, a different beast than a year ago. If our secondary can shut down their young tight ends, we can run on them and tush opening up oportunities for Joe, and our new "O"! As much as they have changed, so have we! This will be a battle of the coaching staffs. We want it more, they are the bar we must hurdle to get to who we want to be, or are! Do you beleive, because I do, and we all need too! We are Ravens!! Let's get "em!!

Im a Diehard Ravens fan in Gainesville Florida, and i am so sick of all the crap i get when i wear my Stover Jersey, Ravens socks, Ravens shoes, ravens coaches shorts, and Ravens hat to school on Fridays. People give me all this garbage about the Ravens sucking and Flacco being a crappy quarterback. Well, most of them are Pats fans, and i am so hoping to see them cry after Sunday! COME ON RAVENS! I know they don't have Moss, but this game still scares me the most out of all the games we've played so far.

Its really in Flacco's hands IMO. I have no doubt Rice will be up for this game, but Joe still has to prove he comes to play in big time games like this.

If we get a win here, we essentially would have beaten the best 3 AFC teams(not counting us) at their place.

Yeah, that's why this game is such a big deal. With a decisive win here, we take a pretty strong lead in the AFC, as well as becoming even more apparent as an NFL powerhouse.

My guess is a Ravens win 24-10. And lots of Sacking of Brady. It made my week when Moss told Brady he looks like a girl with his long hair.

Man I have no clue about this game. Going into Cincy I had a bad feeling. Going into Pittsburgh I actually felt real positive. This game - maybe "cautiously optimistic" is the right term.

Basically feels like a game the offense will have to win for us. I don't see the defense dominating. Hope I'm wrong.

I see the Ravens winning this game- not because I'm a Ravens fan, but because I'm an NFL fan. I'll explain:

The Pat's defense is incredibly young and inexperienced. We'll take advantage of that and expose their secondary. Our defense actually matches up incredibly well with the Pat's offense. They have sole possession receivers who will make catches over the middle- expect Eller/McClain to be dropping back in coverage a lot this game. Washington will follow up after having the best game of his career with another solid start, Carr is moved more to the nickel and Webb gets most his reps on outside coverage.

Prediction:

Ravens: 31
Pats: 27

I think we got this one… I dnt think the patriots are as good as everyone thinks… there 3-1 but look at who they played.... The only good team was the jets and they lost… and they had randy moss without him it's even easier

Hey, Pats fan here. I'd like to start off by saying the Ravens fans we've had visit the Pats board have been some of the classiest. No [i]<poo>[/i] talking, just talking football.

I'm clueless on who wins this one. We all seem to be looking at the game as a litmus test for just how good or bad this team is post Moss. I'm not sure if we've cloned enough small shifty guys (Welker, Woodhead, Edelmen) to pull out a win or not. Hopefully Tom Bieber can return to SB era form.


P.S. Tell Flacco to throw the ball to whoever Butler is covering.

Welcome to the Boards! Don't think I've seen a Pats fan here yet though we do have some Steelers' fans who are regulars, a Bengals' fan and a Browns' fan.

I never count out your offense. They always seem to be able to pull out those wins. Our D is tough this year though. I think the key for a win for us is to limit those YAC.

Our offense is just starting to get its groove on and this is where I think the Ravens have the edge. Your defense is young and inexperienced and I think we can take advantage of that.

Should be a good game.

I expect a lot of short passes so good LB coverage and good tackling are key for our defense. Im interested to see how Belichick goes about preparing his defense. Im sure they want to focus on stopping the run but loading the box will leave Boldin and co. in single coverage on the Pat's young defensive backs. With that being said, Flacco really needs to be on target.
CANT WAIT FOR THIS ONE!
I know one thing for sure, IF WE CAN pull off a victory tomorrow, we have got to be the only team in the league that can beat the steelers, the jets and the patriots on their home fields.
