I was thinking Mahoney from Police Academy.

oh yeah classic movie lol
Truthfully tho we have a test ahead of us but if we can beat them again we have road victories against the Jets,Steelers, and Pats.and could easily cruise to a 7-1 record with our team getting basically a 3 week homestand vs Buf bye vs Mia.

The Pats are no more a test than the other games we played. Their defense is soft and their O is... well, good, but we don't really know how good it is post-Moss. I think the Broncos had a better O and D than the Pats. They just have the coaching advantage.

Going to be tough. I think a big advantage is they wont have game time before to play life after Moss. They have two weeks of practice, but it is certainly not the same as in game time. Edelman didn't do bad against us last year. Look for him. And Hernandez will be a tough job for whoever is stuck guarding him. A big factor will be tackling. Their receivers and tight ends can get some yards after catching the ball. So let's minimize that.
Flacco needs to take advantage of a young secondary. Hopefully our running and passing game is clicking pretty consistently so we can establish momentum and a lead, and just put the game in the hands of our backs and d like at the end of the game today.
I went last year to the playoff game and they won. So I think I have to go this week so they'll win again. Too bad it is roughly 16 hours away :(

I am worried about this game...alot. As long as they have Coach B on the sidelines and Brady taking snaps, they are going to be tough.

Although I would LOVE to see lil ol' Rice open up the game the same way he did last time we met the Pats....83 yards to paydirt!!

The chills I got from that play have still not fully receded.
And then let's not forget Suggs forcing the fumble setting up another score.

Worst case is, we lose this game and start the season 4-2, then we head into the gravy train portion of our schedule and fatten up on low level teams.
We win this game, and we are going to put a stranglehold on the division early in the season.

Either way, we're in good shape.

Be certain that Belichick will plan to stop that from happening. He will try to take Ray Rice out from our offense. Thankfully we aren't one dimensional anymore.

Haha, yes that one game did earn him all those millions. Heck it was a lot more important than regular season. He was just bottling it all up right lol

Exactly! I actually now get excited when we have the ball on offense. We have so many weapons its ridiculous!

Today was a perfect example. Broncos shut down our best receiver (Boldin), but they still had to deal with the 3-headed monster, D-Mase, and our trio of fantastic TE's...gotta love it!

Ugh, all this game means is that once again, I'm going to break something in my house. This matchup is almost never easy and always scary.

Something Suggs has yet to do this year... we need him to step up and earn the big payday we gave him.

I think we can win. if we can prevent Orton from killing us, we can stop Brady.

Pats defense? don't make me laugh.
Orton and Brady are two way different QBs. You can't even put them in the same category, I don't care what Orton has been able to string together in 5 games this season. This game IMO will be much different in alot of ways, the want revenge BAD!!!! Now of course I would love to come home from up there 5-1 and go out with a bang against the Bills before the bye, I think we can get this win no doubt, but the defense has to step it up like they did today. Can you imagine going into the bye week 6-1, having lost only ONE conference game. The Ravens would be on their way to controlling their own destiny and could very well be in control of that #1 seed. I would love me some HOME cold playoff games!!!

Hahah I saw, and rightfully so. I think you've earned the lifetime achievement award.

Anywho, glad that Randy Moss is gone. One less weapon for them.

Interested to see how the Patriots will utilize their tightends and Tate. Of course we got to watch the 3 Hobbits as well (Welker,Edelman,Woodhead)

If its that important to you, heres the lifetime achievement award I just won. Its all yours.

Back to the Pats, Its our time to own them. I think it'll be close but we win by pounding the rock again. Rice is back.

Trust me, not important....just messing around. Of course I'd rather the torch never have exsisted! <wink wink>

Yeah, I think Rice and McGahee both have big games next week....we ARE still a run first team!

Can you believe were already on the road again, going up against another tough team? We've had no shortage of the Pats in the news even in their BYE week because of the recent trade of wide reciever Randy Moss. The Ravens last traveled to Gillette Stadium during the wildcard round of last years playoffs. We won in convincing fashion. Little Ray Rice started the day off with an 83 yard run.

Coming into the game on a 3 game winning streak, the Ravens look to take down a team thats hungry for revenge (and they had an extra week to think about that revenge). Whats the game plan for this one?
Yup another tough one one the road. I like this schedule though look we are having or toughest games early and winning thus far! this will let our guys rest in later in the season so we will not need to go into the Post Season all beat up as usual,

The Pats defense is weak so a heavy dose of the ground game should be in order. If our defense keeps playing the way it has we should win comfortably.

If we run the ball 40-45 times a game and keep Joe to under 30 attempts, we are pretty much unbeatable.
I have a feeling that after last year, Bill will gameplan to take away Rice. Force Joe to throw. Bill knows we have to many options in the air to halt, but he can stop Rice. And with two weeks to prepare he already has a concrete gameplan in affect.

IMO, this game will be put on Joe's and the passing Offense hands. No Turnovers and we can come away with the win.

Haha glad to see somebody brought that out for next week's game. I created it last season its cool to see that people like it enough to post it again a year later. We had some really good graphics contests the last 2 years we should start creating some new stuff for 2010...

if we get this win, we can start looking at the standings just to see whould could we meet in the playoffs.
at 6-1 before the bye week and with 5 games after to play at home and two easy-ish games away (at browns and panthers), we might get another bye week this year
