Matt Ryan Best Young QB In The League?!?!?!

In the news section on this site, they were talking about how the Steelers/Jets are ranked above us. Of course that is only certain peoples opinion and they are entitled to it. Read the topic peice in fanhouse about Matt Ryan being the best young QB in the NFL. Once again just an opinion, yes Flacco is mentioned in that article saying he is a good game manager. On alone success with winning and getting into the playoffs, I would consider Joe to be the top youngest and maybe throw Sanchez in there depending on what he does this year and not getting let into the playoffs. So just for the fans opinions what do you think of this Ryan being "the best young QB" in the league. Like to see what you all think.

Meh, Flacco and Ryan have their strengths and reasons to take one over the other. The careers are both comparable, but the difference between the two of them, Ryan has always been surrounded with talent. Flacco is just now getting his. We'll be able to tell one from the other in the next couple of years.

Which is true about Ryan being surrounded by talent. Which could also argue the point for Flacco taking his team to the AFC championship game with less talent, of course the defense and run game had a HUGE part in that.

Gotcha man thanks for clearing that up. I do post a decent amount but never really start a topic. Think I might have started 5 topics, give or take. Correct me If I'm wrong but if the Falcons didn't select Ryan in the draft, Baltimore was gunnig for him If I remember correctly, right or wrong??

Can't say for sure, but I wouldn't have doubted it. I really wanted us to take Ryan. I was high on the guy. But Flacco was the next best thing IMO.

I don't usually like hearing how Ryan is better than Flacco. Look at what Flacco has done for this team, 3 playoff wins! Statistically Ryan is playing a little better at this point in the year. 6TD 3 INT 978YDS 86.5RTG fpr Ryan vs. 5TD 6INT 920YDS 70.5RTG for Flacco. Im sure it will all even out in the end. Ryan was the first QB drafted, I guess thats why everyone talks about him so much. They are both Good young Quarterbacks.

How do you think the Falcons are going to perfor? They've been doing great so far!

The Falcons were my pick to win the division and have the 2nd best record in the NFC. They haven't looked good enough to do that, but they certainty have a chance to get better.

Ryan, Flacco, and Sanchez(as much as you guys hate him) are all very good young QB's. They will all have ups and downs.

None of the 3 have really separated from each other, so I can't say Ryan is the clear cut best young QB.

I think that Flacco is always going to be considered the guy that has a good defense.

Sanchize does not belong in this discussion. Maybe this time next year he will, but not at this point in time.

The way Sanchez played in the playoffs was great, and he hasn't missed a beat in the regular season so far. 4 games and no INT's. I don't care how much talent you have around yourselves, that is very impressive.

Ryan and Flacco are ahead at the moment because of the extra year, but Sanchez should be in the discussion.

That may or may not be true, but Flacco has great WRs and RBs. His linemen are pretty damn good too.

Ironically, they'll both get a taste of it this season. So far they are 0-2. However, as far as surviving goes, I think the usually excellent play of their offensive lines would let them live to fight another day.

Bradford have the biggest potential. That Rams offense is by far the worst offense i have ever seen and Bradford is actually making them look like a football team from time to time. With a couple of years on his back he will be really good. He has the potential to be one of the greats but lets see how it turns out for him.

If Matthew Stafford wasn't so injury prone, he would be getting discussed to. That kid has potential.
