Matt Birk Visits Local School

I just wanted to let people know and to also acknowledge Matt Birk for coming to Morrell Park Elementary School on his day off yesterday. Matt met with the students, spoke to them, signed autographed and made the day for many a young Ravens fan. Matt Birk is active in a lot of philanthropic adventures including the "Keep Gym in School" program and the Matt Birk "Hike" Foundation. Please thank Matt Birk and support his "Hike" Foundatio in gratitude for all he does for the young students of Baltimore. Once again, thanks to Matt Birk.

I'm glad to hear this. His visit must have been inspirational for the young Ravens. I'm also glad to hear about his efforts to keep childrens' fitness a top priority in our school system.
