I wonder if it's just for depth, or if it'll be someone that could have a quicker impact, say, at RT.
Apparently they cut Prince Miller and signed him to the PS.
I wonder if this has anything to do with Gaither, we'll wait and see soon.

I am speculating that Gaither will never play as a Raven again.

Wouldn't be surprised to see the Broncos try and pick up Prince.

Maybe it's 7th rounder Kyle Calloway, RT, from the Bills, who have apparently really been interested in Gaither.

Edit, well apparently the Bills got rid of him, so maybe no trade involved.

Here's my 2 cents.
Negative: The Bills didn't want him (but they are crazy)
Positive: He comes from the OL Factory of Iowa.

Gaither will go on IR I agree but he won't be gone, remember we will most likely have the same restrictions as we did this year meaning Gaither will be ours because we can Tender him since he don't have 6 years of service in the NFL. Gaither will go on IR, get healthy and hopefully be back better than ever and help our offensive line next year.

Starts with Kyle.... I am thinking that the newest Raven will be Rookie Free Agent Kyle Calloway. Calloway was drafted by Buffalo in Round 7 and was cut on August 30th. Calloway I think will add great depth to our line and he has great size being 6'6. As soon as someone said his name was Kyle I knew right away it would be Kyle Calloway. I bet Gaither will be announced on Wed that he will go on IR and in addition that is when Calloway will be announced as the newest Raven.

He is on IR, but Harewood was a strech. A 6th round pick with upside. He'll be in camp next year competing for a spot, and might still be around.

Even if we were to pick up Kyle. Neither he or Harewood, right now, would be the long term solution unless they play out.

Gaither needs to be released or traded or something- he obviously doesn't want to be here; even if he can come back from this injury I would question his desire to give 100% to the team

Such is the like of a UDFA rookie.. If he can't handle it, he shouldn't be in the NFL. He can handle it, though, so it's not a big deal. He's tough.

How are they jerking him around? Whatever reps he takes during the week are helping him develop. Several CBs would have to go down for him to get a real opportunity and even, the team would probably still sign some veteran before inserting him in the game-day roster.

I'm sure Miller would prefer to be on an active roster instead of hoping from practice squad to practice squad. Like berad said. This is the life of UDFA rookie. There are so many people trying to make it in the NFL. Most of them don't even get a chance. It's a tough life, but it is what it is.
