We're number one with pass yards per game with 119 yards, but second to San Diego in total yards per game with 235.8.
That's per NFL.com

When our secondary play good. We get the " they haven't been test yet or the opponent QB had a bad game." I'm pretty sure the "experts" thought we would give up 250+ passing yards almost every game. I'm proud of our secondary. Hope they keep up the good work! More turnovers would be nice but oh well. Can't wait till Ed come back!

It's really just a continuation of how they played last year, after the bye week. Sound tackling and most every pass has been contested. It's a crew who has been able to get it done with fundamentals and intelligence. It's funny, but I think Webb has looked better then Fabian and he was hurt much later last year. Either way, the Ballhawk will be back for Buffalo and the secondary will be at full strength.

Well, the secondary played VERY well against the Colts last year. Infact , Manning was contained in both games. Besides, we wont have a chance to play Indy until the playoffs ( if we both make it)

We'll get to see what they're made of against NE. Their defense might stink but Brady is still a passing machine like Manning.

I am really hoping NE doesn't fix that defense before we face them. After the Bills decimated their defense I've been kind of salivating at the thought of the Ravens moving the ball at will for once.

Loving the secondary right now. Big challenge in Orton and Brady coming up.

When Broncos and Brady come to town, that to me is the true test of our secondary. Orton is playing on a whole new level and could be the best QB in football this year. They have multiple weapons that they are spreading the ball around too.

There's just not two guys downfield we'll have to worry about. There's like 5. It's going to be a tough matchup. If we shut down Orton, I will be estatic and convinced we have the best secondary in the NFL.

Broncos have the #1 passing offense going against the #30, #29, #12 and #15 pass defenses. I am not sold on Orton. It reminds me of their awesome defense that was all the talk last year before they came to the Bank. I am looking for the Ravens to expose their offense this year like they did their defense last year.

the Number 1 (or 2) standings in these categories are great, but i was saying all offseason and into the preseason that the DBs would be fine. Why? 'Cause Ed Reed and Fox said so! I don't listen to the so-called "experts" - they don't see the effort and more important they ignore the leadership and confidence Reed is giving to the team(he was on the sideline in Pre-season game 4 when e supposedly was getting some med eval done) These young kids listen to the coach, they listen to Ed and they go play.
