Wow, the whole city of San Fransisco is booing Alex Smith, that's gotta be rough.

I'm loving the "We Want Carr" chants as well. :229031_rofl:

I almost feel bad for Smith. But glad to see him turn it on after facing benching. He made some really great throws on that last td dive.

What happened to that 49ers defense? They're getting toasted in both phases of the game. And Philly keeps getting good field position on KRs.

I can't believe the 9ers are back in the game... :o

I know I'm so shocked but glad at the same time I picked them in the Yahoo Pickem. So I'm hoping they win.

Look if the Arizona Cardinals with a rookie QB upset the Saints(even though I know the Cardinals defense won that game) than the 49ers can still win this game!

If Alex Smith doesn't get them in FG range here, they'll be calling for his head. And it won't be to give him a noogie.

EDIT: Yep, he's dead.

OMG! Not solely Smith's fault I think on that last int. That RT looked really lost on who he was supposed to block...

You know every time a team has a bad season unless your the Lions and Raiders things happen for a reason. Usually that means a high draft pick and a turn of the page for your Franchise. Example, Atlanta and Baltimore' bad season translated into both teams finding their Franchise QB.

I have a feeling that the Football Gods are having the 49ers lose so they can get themselves a new QB be it Andrew Luck, Jake Locker, Ryan Mallett, whoever but this is paving way for a new Franchise QB for San Fran.

San Francisco had another tough loss, 27-24 to the Eagles. Smith got booed by his own crowd, who screamed "We want Carr (the back-up QB.)" Singletary almost took the adice. However Smith scored another TD and alomost tied the game but the Eagles INTd a play in the last minute. Singletary's job is oncce again put into question as the 49ers go 0-5...
