Great Game

Great Game guys, you played great on both sides of the ball

what impressed me the most was your O-line, we couldnt get pressure

your defense was poised and under control, they were great

i was happy with how we played too, but its hard to think about the good things we did at this point for me.

but congratulations you deserved it.

(at least my Fiance is happy :eyes: )

You are marrying a Ravens fan. Prophet, how long are you going to keep up this facade? Obviously you want to be one of us.

Charlie Batch proved he should have started for the Steelers since week 1. He picked on Fabian Washington like he was supposed. Another Great Ravens-Steeler game!

Hmm, Steelers Prophet huh. Did you see that one coming?
He's being respectful and courteous. Do the same, please.

Tough, close game. But we wouldn't expect anything else from Ravens/Steelers.

Though I was obviously unhappy with the outcome, and hate the fact that my fingernails are bitten down to stubs...it was a great game today. I expected nothing less out of a Steelers/Ravens game.

I'm just ecstatic to be 3-1 going into the bye.

You guys really deserved the win today though. There's lots of things the Steelers could have done better to win the game, but they failed in a lot of areas. Hope McGahee and McClain are ok too.

See you in week 13 with Ben back and less injuries!

Yes, the Ravens won. And the Steelers helped in the loss. The three penalties during the last Steelers possession and subsequent kickoff were not helpful for the Steelers. All the Steelers had to do was get one first down and the game would have been ours. The Steelers have this week off. Perhaps, the offensive line can practice false starts and special teams holding during punts. No matter how the season goes the Steelers will have to return the favor sometime around Christmas.

we had our share of stupid penalties.
No excuses either way, both teams played like we knew they would.3-1 for both of us with a battle for 12 more games

Some people are saying how Pittsburgh killed themselves in this game but the Ravens left a lot of plays on the field, as well. We had 7 penalties, some dropped INTs, missed FG, dropped balls, etc.

We didn't play our best game. Same as the Steelers. We did enough to win, though.

Great game to your guys as well. In order for us to make this legitimately the greatest rivalry in football, we have to win sometimes too :D . Another great game, and another to come.

I'm not trying to stoke any fires but Mendenhall ran scared when there wasn't daylight in my opinion.

Agreed. I've really come appreciate his play the last few years. The man is a living legend and an genetic freak.

he ran for 80 yds and two TD'S

thats way better then i expected

especially against your defense, with virtually no support through the air

and his second TD didnt look "scared" to me

There was a little luck involved with Reed missing those two fgs in the open end of Heinz Field and the Steelers not capitalizing on those two Flacco INTs, but I will take this victory anyday. The Ravens came up big in the last minute of the game, with Housh's TD and Lewis's interception.

The final stats are impressive and he did well to bounce to the outside on the second TD but like I said, in the hole, I saw him dancing around him. It's not a big deal, just something I noticed.
