Tornado?

Apparently there was a Doppler indicated tornado in Baltimore/Carroll County today.
Did anyone in those areas see anything like that, or have any crazy stories about the today's weather?

It got pretty ominous and heavy rain and wind, no tornado. There was a hook echo on the radar. My son is a spotter and was activated but no one saw anything.

What is a spotter? It sounds like a robot. He was activated and sent out into the storm to search for Tornado. Sounds rough, what are you doing to the poor kid?

My fiance's brother's girlfriend used to think that you're not supposed to look out of windows during a tornado because they can see you and they'll come get you.

She's in her early 20's.

It's like a swamp here in the city.
It seems like Baltimore has had more Tornado Warnings this year than usual, or at least what I'm used to. The occasional Tornado Watch, sure, but rarely ever a Warning.

[url="http://www.weather.gov/skywarn/"]Sky warn network[/url] he is a HAM radio with Baltimore Amateur Radio as part of his Sea Scout training and many of them do it too. I helped him study for the test lol They email you to be alert for the weather and send in a report. Its pretty cool.
