So if I told you...you could pick between two things...which one would you pick.

A. Your team can be more emotional then the other

B. Your team can get less penalties then the other

It's not even close...we're the Ravens..we have Ray Lewis...we have probably been THEE most emotional team for the past decade...and we've all seen plenty of emotion on that field turn to losses..its about execution more then emotion..though I agree emotion is a big factor

The fact we are even having this discussion is laughable...Oher slapped a guy and lost us yards...it was a Dumb play...admirable? Yea maybe but dumb. We are one 3rd down conversion from sitting here killing Oher.

Sure I did..and you made it seem like at any point in a game you would gladly except a 15 yard penalty bc you feel certain things give emotional boost to the ball club.

I think you mean "accept". And, no, didn't say that, either. Let me clarify even further: I would rather they get passionate [b]without[/b] an infraction against them but, sometimes, that isn't the case.

The Ravens obviously responded to it. They took total control of the game afterwards, who knows if they would have done that without "the scuffle".

His epic pre-season pancake was simply him finished the play. He got underneath Phillip Daniels(Ibthink that's who it was) and just kept driving him till he fell.

Oher has the aggressive protective mentality that O-Lines need to help pave the way for Super Bowl, Pro Bowl, and Hall of Fame QB's and RB's. In the next couple of years I can see him being the "Ray Lewis" for the O-Line and make everyone around him be as aggressive

Your 100% correct, One thing that bothers me the most is when a Ravens fan try & explain the penalty situation the way you just did were often accused of whining & crying which really irritates me. Half the calls that were called against the Ravens this year have been suspect at best & we Ravens fans should know, We watch every game. The Cincy game was ridiculous but yet the NFL's beloved Steelers can pick a QB up off his feet & drop him on his head & get not one flag, C'Mon... Something has got to give with these officials I would just hope they don't interfere with the out come of this weekends Steelers game...
