The Untradeables

I was having an argument with the one person that I know who likes basketball today, and it was about the players that we believe to be 'untradeable' (or near enough). I'm talking about the guys that you wouldn't trade for the entire Knicks' roster (just kidding, I wouldn't trade this meatball sub for the knicks' roster). Anyway, you get my drift.

My list comprised of:

Lebron

Kobe

Superman

KG

and Yao

(maybe TD, if he's lucky)

His list was:

Chauncey Billups

'Sheed Wallace

Rip Hamilton (needless to say, he is a Pistons fan)

Amare Stoudamire

and LBJ

The completion of this list was swiftly followed by me slapping him in the face.

Anyway, I was wondering who you guys thought were 'untradeable'.

What are you talking about KG is untradeable thaat is what Minnesota said when he was 19 but is KG in Minnesota any more and they would too trade yao he is useless his giant King Kong self s "Brittle" he is always hurting somewhere if something good comes along IIm sure any of them but Howard could go

Your list is better but clearly KG is indeed 'tradeable' as evidenced by this summer.

Also, I know all his dear Pistons were on a diff team prior. One could argue that theyre only that good cuz theyre a product of the system/circumstance.

Personally, I think anyone is tradeable except Kobe from 2005-2006 when he's all the Lakers had.

I agree with most of those guys (Chris Bosh inparticular, forgot about him), but Deron Williams can't hang with those guys.

He is a decent playmaker point guard, but his defense isn't as solid as the others' (Except Melo, but he is arguably the best offensive player in the league) also he can't put a team on his back like the other guys.

I don't know if we are watching the same Deron Williams, but to me he's one of the premiere playmakers in the league. He's one of the main reasons the Jazz went back to the playoffs for the first time since Malone and Stockton were last there. He's proven he can carry the offense, his playoff performance was spectacular. And his defense is way better than Nash! (whose isn't )

I don't think their is such a thing as an untradeable. Anyone can be traded for the right price.
