All you had to do was watch the game to see how bad the O line was.

What surprised me was how bad Oher was, maybe it was just a bad game though.

i will continue to say Moll should be playing RT an put Yanda where he belongs. Chester isnt a starter and Cousins is plain terrible.

expect more oline problems as we go forward until we get a change. its almost like they dont want to give Joe a shot at being elite.

That's an excuse to me.

Look at Aaron Rodgers' stats against the Bengals last year. He got sacked SIX (6) times in one game! He still threw for 260 yards, rushed for 40 and threw a touchdown while posting ZERO interceptions.

We gave Flacco playmakers. We have to give him the best Offensive Line and elite Receivers for him to succeed? Because if that's the case, we should just go get Boller back because anyone can succeed under those conditions.

Joe was holding on to the ball too long and staring down his receivers.

To add to that, on that same play that Mayock shows Adkins devastating the left side of our line...Heap has literally 5 yards on the guy covering him in man coverage 10 yards down the field. Hes wide open, Joe didnt even see him and hes in the middle of the field. Also I think we were premature in moving Oher to LT. We dont have a choice now with Gaither hurt, but I think Gaither is a better fit at LT with the way our offense is. Remember Gaither rarely needs help against James Harrison and blocks him quite effectively.

boldin was open a few times as well an flacco admitted he just never got to that side of the field to make the read. which makes the blame not just fall on him but the oline as well.

I agree the oline played bad but joe still holds on to the ball to long in some cases. One play that screamed this was on one of the sacks he took from a DT. The left DT went on a twist stunt with the right DE. he had to cross almost the entire extent of the dline and came around outside where the right DE would normally rush and sacked Joe. if you are holding the ball long enough for a DT to go that far and get to you it's too long.

Rodgers got pressured but he also had multiple years working with his targets in practice.

I agree Joe held onto the ball too long(partly because the WRs weren't getting open consistently) and stared down WRs(habits we've seen before) but bringing in the WRs doesn't guarantee anything. Joe still has to develop chemistry with Q, T.J. and the young TEs.

Joe needs to adjust with flow of the game; additionally, he needs to get rid of the ball quick and continues on the next play.

I agree our O-line isn't strong as last year, but Joe needs to adapt to it. Instead he normally has 5sec to throw, if it cuts down to 3s, then he needs to adjust with it. Importantly, don't throw picks. I rather see us punt the ball 10 times than let your opponent intercept and make FG for 3pts. That's discouraging.

There is enough blame to go around, Cam ,Joe, O line, WR drops. All should take some part in this loss. The answer is can this be fixed and fixed now not 6-7 games from now. Cam should b able to balance the play calling more, Start off running the ball mix it up so passing get open, then when they pull back it opens up more running or screens, sounds simple to me Cam has to be able to adjust to the situation at the time not just the game plan. Joe need to pic up pace get ride of ball faster, he's to slow on his reads, needs to be more accurate or throw it away.O line needs to hold the line, make room for Ray, protect Joe but Joe has to know that only good QB work good under pressure I could throw the ball all day if i had all day to throw it so that goes back to Joe getting the ball out faster to reads. Wr get better separation it seems like come to Baltimore and slack off - Bolden, TJ get it right , wr need to work on catching the ball these two guys are suppose to have great hands?? On yeah, KR need to find someone else to do this what about #16 Reed?? I think he would be good, he's great in tackling on special teams,he fast and he is a WR so use him that's a no brainer.
So we will see on Sunday what has or has not been fixed but of course we are talking about the Browns are real test will be steelers at least the D see if Joe goes back to being a little scared boy looking like someone beat him up for his lunch money and he's crying for his mommy we will see.

While I agreed with most of the points you made, I don't remember Q dropping a ball so far this year. And while Parmemele did put the ball on the ground against Cincy, he's returned kicks very well so far.

It's not Q. It's T.J dropping like 3 balls.

before we try reed at kick return dutys i believe wilson should get the nod first. i never been sold on Jalen being a rb tho but ST hes pretty solid. i'd rather take steele over him as a rb.

Its his first year as a starting LT. Not everyone is J.O, theres going to be a learning curve.

I've always been a fan of Parmele and I like his production on ST to give us good starting position on O. But after watching what true sparks on special teams do for the Steelers or Kansas City leaves me wanting more from our kick returns.

Parmele is a great option for "playing it safe" but it would be nice to use a talented guy with speed to break a few long ones.

I can agree PU because i rather see what wilson has to offer just like i dont want zibby returning punts but what can we do. i dont like Jalen as a rb tho sorry hes just a good ST player. I bet you next season that Steele takes his spot when he puts on weight.
