What kind of world do we live in where the superbowl champion Saints are 2-1 and the Kansas City Chiefs are 3-0
Kansas City's D is legit. Look out. They've been drafting guys on D and is starting to catch up.

The better question is, what the hell is wrong with the 49ers.

49ers Defense is suppose to be one of the best ones this league. They are in deep trouble. They can't stop teams and they can't score regularly.

It's a shame the Cowboys won today.

Yeah, it is and that's the sad part. It's going to be a long season in the NFC West. Technically, the least horrible team will make it to the postseason.

They are lucky they are in the NFC West. The division can be had at any point.

That's exactly what I was going to say. Mike Singletary needs to find "his guy" at QB and that certainly isn't Alex Smith. Now the defense.... I have no idea what is wrong with them. I was expecting their defense to be great, but it looks like their secondary is a weak point, they need corners and Taylor Mays/Dashon Goldson will make a great Safety Duo in a couple years but they need Corner help. if the 49ers are drafting near the top 10 I would say come next year they should look at drafting a Corner or taking Marcel Dareus.

The Rams look for their 1st win here. The Redskins always find a way to lose to bad teams. They're like the NFC Dolphins - average team but you just never know with them.

Huge Comeback in Seattle, The Chargers have now tied the game at 20-20 after a Rivers to Gates TD which followed with a 2 point conversion. 6:24 remains in Seattle

Edit: Leon Washington Returns a TD on a Kickoff to make it 27 to 20 Seattle with 5:28 & counting left.

I'm following the game waiting for Seattle to rack up yards against the Chargers (I like a nice buffer on our #1 ranked D), but Seattle had to go and return the kickoff. Then Hasselbeck gets sacked and they lose yards and give the ball back.

New England tied Miami for the longest winning streak against a single opponent. The Dolphins beat the Colts in 14 straight games from 1980-1987. The Colts moved from Baltimore to Indianapolis in 1984.

*Shakes head* I picked the Redskins in my $800 suicide league. I really thought they turned a corner. Once again another reason for me not to like the Redskins.

The Skins can't stop anyone in the passing game. They are going to be the last in pass defense this year. Pathetic.

I can only wonder what a guy like Shanahan was doing on the sidelines when his team was getting ripped apart in the fourth by a really bad opponent. The Redskins haven't taken any real steps yet.

Between the Rams and Seahawks, I really think one of them is gonna win the NFC West. I just can't imagine Derek Anderson doing what it takes, same with Alex Smith. In fact, neither of them have their jobs locked up.

The Seahawks actually look real out there.

Who's everybdoy rooting for tonight?

In the last week I've kinda regained my soft spot for Rex. But I'd like to see the Dolphins win. I like the team they have put together.

I root the way I always do - I want teams with good defenses to flop so we can have the #1 spot. It goes along with my previous posts. Right now I hope for a shootout with plenty of run yards by the 'Phins.

I am going for the Dolphins. For one, I have not regained a soft spot back for Rex, and another I work with a loud mouthed Jets fan. It would make for a nice Monday if the Dolphins shut him up.
