Announcement On The Scoreboard At The Stadium?

Do the Ravens display Happy Anniversary or Happy Birthday message or alike on the scoreboard?

I did a google search and couldn't find anything. The Yankees sell the messages for $10.00 the day of the game... I can't remember (or don't pay attention enough) to see them on the screen at the Ravens game.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I want to wish my wife a Happy First Anniversary at the Browns game this weekend.

Thank God the Ravens don't do that (for me) my birthday or Anniversary usually hits a game day. My husband did threaten one of those planes pulling a sign, which are around 600. It would most likely be too late to arrange the plane.
