Week 3!

What games are you most psyched for on Sunday?! (besides the Ravens game...) I expect the Dolphins Jets game to be great, as well as ATL vs. the Saints. (can the Falcons emulate their 41-7 win against the Super Bowl champs?) I also think that the Broncos Colts game will be interesting.

The Falcons-Saints game is pretty interesting, but I think it will all depend on how good the Saints defense is. If they're really good, we might see the Falcons get nothing, as they did in week 1 against a really good Steeler D.

On the other hand, could be the Saints first loss if Matt Ryan gets hot early.

I should really stop talking about this game, the more I do the more I start doubting my picks in the Pick Em league :(

Just heard Revis is out for that one.

Isn't he suppose to be out for a few games? Good thing he got all that guaranteed money.

It sucks for the Jets since he's arguably the best CB in the NFL. They face the Dolphins on Sunday, who proved to be a unbeatable challenge for a top-tier team, the Vikings. I'm betting on Miami BTW.

Revis is such a baby. When Moss scored the TD on him the first thing he does is grab his hamstring as an excuse. Like he just happened to aggravate his leg on the one play he gets beat. And oddly enough, the Jets D performed BETTER with him out.

LOL! But you've got to admit that the guy knows how to do his job, otherwise Woody Johnson would have fired his @ss.

Heard the same thing; hence why I changed my pick over to the Dolphins. Without Revis, they're screwed.

Dallas & Houston game anyone? All the hype surrounding the Cowboys this season and how they're Superbowl bound, kind of has me excited to see them hopefully start 0 -3.

Sadly, there isn't much to go off as far as history as these two teams have only met twice. Last time was four years ago, in which the Texans lost. -- In any event, I have the Cowboys to an 0-3 start.

Yep me too.... Cowboys fans will be hitting the Panic Button on Sunday for sure. I think Jerry Jones may fire Phillips if they go 0-3 and if they start out like the Titans and can't rebound... Phillips will be gone and Dallas may be picking in the top 10... and in this case it may be good as they can get a new LT to help their offenive line.

I do wish the Cowboys-Texan game was being shown down here in the part of NC where I'm at, but all I get is Panthers/Bengals on CBS at 1PM, Redskins-Rams at 4PM(ok what bozo scheduled this game on FOX over Eagles-Jaguars) and Colts-Broncos at 4:15PM on CBS. I wish the stations would start showing 2 games at 1, and at 4, and what I mean is there is a 1PM game on CBS and Fox, and than a 4PM game on CBS & Fox, down here they play infomercials on CBS at 1PM over a Football game and it annoys me.

There are at least 8 games that could go either way in my opinion.
I know, it's the NFL, they could all go either way but 8 of them I'm pretty unsure of, and about 4 are crazy picks.
I'm not going to get into what games, or what I really think, but as for the OP, I'd say that the Saints are playing at home, and I believe the Pats didn't score on the Jets when Revis left the game.
We could easily shut out the Browns. But we all know that.
Since I started the group a week late I feel like I have to make a good amount of crazy picks in order to possibly catch up, the only thing is, I could end up losing big time.
I think Cowboys @ Texans is the most interesting game, there is a lot going on with that one. It should me the MNF game, in my opinion, but Packers and Bears is a pretty big rivalry.
The Falcons and Saints will be an interesting game to see where those two teams are at.

Man, it's tough to talk about this while trying not to talk about this.

I cant wait for Jets vs. Dolphins. Loads of fins fans down here. Jason Tayor should get a warm welcome.

OT: When the wife and I were leaving out of Newark Airport after the Jets game (wearing jerseys of course), I met a guy (Dolphin fan) doing x-ray security who owns Jets PSL seats just to support any team playing the Jets.

I agree with you, Tre, seeing as to how the Texans are off to a pretty hot start for the season, it would not surprise me to see the Cowboys at 0-3 once the game is over - and a number of people in Dallas in a state of panic.

I'm a Houston Bandwagoneer. Actually have been for a few years. I love the way they build their team. The pieces they have. I hope they can do something with this.

I expect this to be an exciting shoot em up game. With the Texans going 3-0 and Cowboys 0-3

I can't wait for the dolphins-jets game and the texans-cowboys. Both should be entertaining.

It's cool that the Jets game is a night game. It will be a good game to watch.

On the other hand too bad the Cowboys Texans game is on at 1 pm.

For the original poster: I'm looking forward to the Giants/Titans game. Really only because I have no idea what kind of team the Giants are. And Keith Bullock, a long-time Titan is now with the Giants. And Houston vs. Dallas is the big game that should be important to Ravens fans. First of all... if Houston keeps winning, then Indy won't have home field advantage, and they could possibly even miss the playoffs. Secondly... the Ravens play Houston later this season so that game could have huge implications in the AFC standings.

NOW, for all of you who are saying the Jets are going to lose this weekend because they don't have Revis... CHILD PLEASE! They just beat the PATRIOTS. You know... an offense with TOM BRADY throwing to RANDY MOSS and WES WELKER. But you mean to tell me that their defense won't be able to stop CHAD HENNE and BRANDON MARSHALL? REALLY? The loss of Kris Jenkins does hurt the run defense against Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams. But they lost Kris Jenkins during the Ravens game, and the Ravens couldn't run it at all. And the Dolphins haven't played anyone! They beat the BILLS and Vikings who just lost to the Lions. The Jets might not win pretty, or by more than a few points. But please stop acting like they have no chance.

 You sound like a Jets fan.

With football, I've come to realize that trying to make predictions based on common opponents and even the previous performance is pointless. The Ravens struggling to run the ball against the Jets doesn't mean Brown and Williams can't gash them for 200+. And how the Jets' D performed against the Pats has little bearing on how they'll perform on Sunday. Miami could win for the simple fact that Brandon Marshall owns Antonio Cromartie. We'll see what happens.

And when did the Vikings lose to the Lions?

I believe Moss caught that one handed all the way, he punked Revis.

Watching it live, I thought he held the ball to his chest after bring it in but seeing the reply, I realized how nice the catch was.

It would be nice to see the Cowboys start out 0-3.
Although this will be the kind of game the Cowboys pull out a win.

The Jets are probably the most annoying team in the league.
Hope the Dolphins take it to them.
