at the half the Steelers lead 31-3 over the Browns.

therefore....it is safe to say that it is official...the Ravens will remain the 5th seed in the AFC playoffs.

If the Steelers want to rain on the Ravens' parade yet again, the Ravens can try to return the favor in Pittsburgh in a couple of weeks.

This. This. THIS!

It's pretty incredible what he has been able to do in only 10 games this season. He is the definition of a game changer. I think that INT moved him into first place among active players

The Saints played sluggishly heading into the postseason last year. The Steelers did the same the year before. The Giants, minus their close game against the Patriots to close the season, also did the same. And so on and so forth.

Peaking at the right time doesn't necessarily mean playing lights-out at the end of the regular season.

I agree. I just want more consistent play from our studded signal caller. For years we all wanted someone to take control of our Qb position, and here he is with all his potential, but slow results.

Nah my vote would be for Haloti Ngata.
Haloti hasn't stood out as much in the second half the season, partly because he's being doubled more.

Let's go offense!

Is it safe to say that Baltimore never played a complete game all season?

I think the closest to a comnplete game was the Saints. But they almost came back late in the game. SO I guess the answer would be no.

Hell of a lot more consistent than Ravens QBs from years past and most QBs around the league, you have to admit.

We need to protect Joe at this point. It's time for bulger

I guess it wouldn't hurt to make like the Colts and throw in the white flag. The result might be same regardless.

Me thinks the big challenge this draft coming up is for the Ravens to strengthen their offensive line. They put a good quarterback on the field 3 years ago. They put the best receivers on the field last year. The weakest link is the O line which consistently allows Flacco to be sacked or unprotected on way too many plays. If (and this is a big if) they can get the protection for Flacco they should be fairly unstoppable in the future. Also aging defensive players need to be backed up with any spare picks. Todays game is proof that Flacco needs this help. Great record but it would be even better with this upgrade. Either that or get the current group to execute better. Just a thought. Think of where they'd be with just one more win this season. Like the first game with the hapless Bengals.

the Ravens have done well by always starting off th 2nd half with the ball. now...with that being said...this offense needs to get it going and get a TD on this drive!

If you're going to compare him to veteran QBs, then I guess you'll be disappointed.

Oher should not be getting pushed back that far by Michael Johnson. But at the same time, Flacco has to get rid of the ball. Ugh

This is just ugly. I feel sorry for the defense, they have shown up for all of these losses and the offense just drops the ball.

Get Joe out of there, Harbaugh! How much more garbage does he need to see? Joe just doesn't know what he's doing out there and Cameron is even more clueless, if that's even possible.

I compared him to no veteran. But in my little head i secretly compare him to Matt Ryan. But other than that, he has been more consistent than any Qb we ever had, but as a fan i'll be more critical than the next guy.

and...once again Flacco stays in the pocket and holds the ball too long! sheesh!
The receivers aren't getting open. It looked like Joe went through 3 progressions (Middle, right, then back left (checkdown))
but none of those receivers were open obviously
