It's not an extra feed, the stream goes "silent" during commercial breaks because the Ravens only have purchased the rights to the commentary, and the sponsors who buy ad space did not pay the Ravens for airtime, so you'll hear dead air during that time.

no its coming through During the broadcast while the game is being broadcast I heard , them tell one of them to grab a transistor pack on the way to the field
