Totally forgot about this because of the loss, but what did you guys think about the uni's last Sunday Night?

I personally thought they were amazing, and would love to see the Ravens rock them more often.

I really liked the purple and black look, and I would love to see them reprise their appearance at a later date.

The key to this game will be to keep up a balanced offensive attack. The Texans are weak against the pass, true, but moving the ball on the ground will help control the clock and keep the explosive Houston offense off the field. Plus, it can wear down their defense, a major asset later in the game. I'd love to see us give Ray Rice the ball early and often.

Cam, get out of the game thread! j/k

Our O line is not what it used to be, at least for the moment. The running lanes are not there. Why in the world do we want to run "early and often" against one of the worst secondaries in football??? Let Flacco free and air the ball out.

Hopefully the Oline can get some nasty in this game and maul the Dline of the Texans to give them a little confidence. The Texans are in no way a physical team in any form on defense.

I hope Cam keeps on passing if it works though. Passing is our strength now, I hope he doesn't forget that.

Honestly, I don't have confidence in the power running game with Chester at RG. Him getting blown over by Woodley sealed the deal for me. I have no confidence in him.

I almost want to see Houston hold a 10 point lead early. Then Cam has no choice but to open up and fire away with Flacco and the passing game. It happened against Buffalo's then 8th ranked pass D, it can happen against Houston's.

Same here. It might be better for us. Make Cam put the pedal to the metal.

It's going to be a shootout, that's for sure. This is a great game to get our passing game and offense in general rolling for the home stretch and playoffs.

That's the assumption. But who knows. It wouldn't surprise me if the game needed up 14-10

I don't know about that. I don't see their defense being capable of holding us to that few points. But, of course, I didn't see the Bills offense putting up 30+ on us, so you're right, anything can happen.

I don't know how well the Ravens will play tomorrow night, but i do expect them to do well. I'm more interested in the execution of what we do, moreso then the results.

As i've been saying all, week this offense has the talent and it's shows the capabilities, we just have lapses in execution at what seems to be the wrong time during games.

Listening to the coaches and players, they seemed to get back to the basics and fundamentals this week in practice, as well as staying focused enough to execute well.

I won't put a stat line on it, like oh well the Ravens need to score atleast 35, and Flacco needs to throw for 300 and 3. I just want to see this offense execute for 4 whole quarters, and if they manage to do that........the big numbers will come.

Would love to see Ed get some picks tomorrow night. Is this the first time Schaub will be exposed to him or our team in general?

The Texans will do ok,certainly not as great as The Saints.

I say mix up the pass and run.But if their horrible against the pass, might as well exploit it. Worse that can happen is a interception,in that case I say Flacco make good decisions.

Generally I don't think the Texans are good enough to hang with us and get the W.

This game worries me a bit. It is a must-win scenario for Houston and the Ravens. Texans will be coming with everything they have just to stay in the hunt. Ravens players will do the same. Not so sure about Cam though. :(

I'm hoping all the fallout from the Steelers game had an impact. Then again, every time Cam has these issues I keep hoping it has an impact and it does not. It is the same old, same old.

If the offense plays like usual, the game can be pretty much predicted. They need to wake the hell up, and run no huddle, im serious. Do it the whole freaking game. We are not going to be able to stop foster, watch.

I have all faith that we will come out and play hard this game. I really do. It is just Cam that makes me nervous. It used to be the refs but, for the most part, we seem to have solved that issue. Now it is just Cam.

I'll still be here, wearing my lucky Ravens' jersey, my lucky Ravens' hat and screaming at my TV when necessary lol

So superstitious about the Ravens. Their performance depends on my sitting position, posture, food consumption, and of course my lucky jersey.

I had all faith were going to smash up the Steelers twice and win our division until last week. I am not writing off the Texans because they're a good team and could win if they play better than us.

Should be a good game tonight and a good test of the team, despite the Texans' record. I'm obviously hoping for Ravens domination on national TV, though. :)

Honestly, I almost completely forgot about this game; the whole weekend was a blur for me since I hadn't left the house since Thursday night and am sitting at work now, wondering where my weekend went. I'm praying the game is well in hand by the 4th quarter just so I can get some sleep tonight!...

woooohhhhh game day finally...look for our RAVENS to get after them texans. Shaub, Foster, and Johnson remind me of atlanta's Ryan, Turner, White trio. We are gonna have to play better ball. I belive we are capable of beating any team. It's just a matter of us playing to potential. Suga Ray 52 said it best..."the only ones who can beat us is our selves"...Let's not beat ourselves tonight baby GO D GO O GO RAVENS!!!!
