Flacco saw an opportunity to make a play and went for it. But he was trying too hard. It seems they worked on that during the long week.

Ravens have rushed for 69 yards today....and the Panthers were weak against the run and strong against the pass, Flacco has had a good day throwing it....the run game just isnt there

Against a team like this, no. The offense isn't moving in the second half and the defense is giving up big running plays.
