His play has been declining the past few years. But his decline from last year to this year is just astronomical. If we do have him next year I hope we only need to use him in certain situations.

When Webb has guys closing in on him he needs to run. If not toward the sideline then down the field. If he ran toward the sideline then up field he could have avoided the shoestring tackle.
