No, the team's slow play up until the 4th quarter and two huge penalties lost the Ravens the game.

We clearly got jobbed by Ron Winter and Co. yet again, but as others have said, it should never have gotten to that point. Shame on Mattison for doing a Rex Ryan and blitzing and blitzing when it clearly wasn't working. What an embarrassing, heart-wrenching loss... the good news? We get Carolina in 10 days.

A pretty poor showing all around. I can't believe it took this team four quarters to get going. I know the Falcons are a good team, but with us playing as poorly as we did we STILL came back - which tells me we are better. But not tonight. I don't even know where to start with the Ravens, so I'll just chalk it up to them playing like they usually do and have dreams of stabbing Theismann, Winters, Matt Ryan, and Roddy White.

Calls can go any given way in any game but damn, if that wasn't obvious on White then I'm not so sure what to think anymore.

We just got outplayed. Yeah, there were some missed calls, but ... but man, Atlanta just whupped us. Were we tired over the short turnaround? We just got beat.

True but had we played better on BOTH sides of the ball in the first half, the blown calls might not have had such an impact.

Usually I stick up for the refs, but that missed call was huge. It didn't win or lose us that game. But I'd prefer to take my chances.

Atlanta should have NOT won that game. Roddy White got away with murder! Offensive PI should have been called but no! I bet if Boldin would have pushed off it would have been called on us!

Ron Winter better not be officiating a Baltimore Home Game anytime soon because we as fans are not going to like it and show him our displeasure for screwing us tonight.

See.... this is where the league is a bunch of hypcrites, it's not ok for a Defender to do anything but since this is a offensive league a WR can get away with PI. Ravens should have won this game and the final should have been 21 to 20!

I'm also turning off my TV and going to bed because this Matt Ryan love fest makes me sick!

One thing is I officially hate the commentators for NFL network. It was disgusting how much they praised the falcons and Matt Ryan. They were talking about Matt Ryan like he is the second coming of Johnny U...disgusting!

It was just a case of too little too late. The offense played great tonight, and our run defense looked like its old self too. But the secondary got caught, plain and simple. We will struggle against good quarterbacks and receivers, things the Falcons have. We gave them too much time.

Did Atlanta even have one accepted penalty against them all game? I just don't see how that's possible. The refs screwed us on the Suggs facemask which should have been off-setting, the White non-call on a blatant push-off, and just the fact that Atlanta wasn't called for anything all game is quite astonishing.

Gentlemen stop crying. With the terrible play of the defense and the offensive line, Ravens deserved to lose. The defense got torched all game, and there's no doubt in my mind that even if that penalty is called the defense would still have found a way to choke the lead away

The Ravens had the Falcons stopped and then the Refs just kept giving the falcons free downs.

The bobbling "catch" that was out of bounds (but called inbounds)

The Defensive pass interference (which was merely good acting by Tony Gonzalez)

and the Offensive Pass interference (that wasn't called).

Bull. A TOTAL load of Bull.

Ok and then having to listen to Joe Theisman and Matt Millen messing their pants over matt ryan, was just sickening. I think the Falcon's home team announcers would have been more even handed.
