Kicking the ball out of the back of the end-zone is pure skill. Kicking the ball out of bounds isn't giving the opposing team a fair opportunity to return a kick.

Is that really what happened? I saw: N.Suh extra point is No Good, Hit Right Upright, Center-D.Muhlbach, Holder-N.Harris. but I wasn't sure if that was a botched snap or what. I remember Shawn Bradley (I think) kicked an XP for the Eagles when David Akers was out. I'd figure you pick someone with better flexibility.
