Great game. The Niners made New Orleans look positively mortal. They turned the ball over 4 times and got a safety, but they were still in it until the end.

It also kind of makes me wonder just how far the Favrekings have fallen...

How about Alex Smith? That should be a lesson to people who are ready to give up on Flacco after only 3 years. 3 years in the league! It takes longer to develop, it's not easy coming into the NFL, the highest level of competition, and being able to read more complicated defenses than ever.

49ers get a lot of credit for playing really well after being down 9-0 but extremely tough to win when you have 4 turnovers.

When I heard this was the Monday Night game I was like "why?" Then I watched it and I was like "oh, that's why." These Monday Night games have all been good so far and have all come down to the last few seconds.
