I'm really looking forward to seeing our Cornerbacks play today...hopefully one of them can intercept Orton (with some help from a steady pass rush, of course).

With Zibikowski questionable, I'd also like to see Haruki get some more time at Safety.

So Ready for this game! Watching FOX NFL Countdown to prepare myself for the game. I'll be following the game through NFL Game Center since I live in NC and CBS at 1PM is showing a Infomercial and not a game.

If we shut down Kyle Orton WITHOUT Ed Reed and Foxworth, holy crap how great of a pass defense will we be when Reed comes back!

The best part is our secondary is doing all this without Foxy and our future HOF Free Safety. Not to mention the top two Corners suffered ACL tears last year themselves. If duct tape couldn't hold the world together, whatever our guys are using could.

I just can't stop thinking about Flacco's numbers vs the 3-4 this year. He's being doing really well vs some of the top 3-4 defenses and the Broncos are average at best.

The smart football fan in me says, establish the run, control the clock, keep Orton on the sideline, and take advantage of the few big plays you'll get off playaction.

The emotional, jacked up fan in me says, coming off that game winning performance in Pitt, Flacco is ready. He has been eating the blitz alive this year, get Joe go out and air the ball out early, get a 2 socre lead and allow the Defense to pin it's ears back and attack Orton.

I think the game will fall somewhere in between.

imo this game is only big for our secondary because of the ranking of the Broncos, not really because of the talent of the Broncos.

Don't get me wrong, i think they are a really talented offense, but much like people question if our #1 pass defense is legit because of who we've played, i question who have the Broncos played. What quality team have they played other then the Colts, who doesn't look that great right now.

Watching the NFL Gameday Morning show, Jason Lacanfora reported that the talk in the Broncos locker room is that the Ravens haven't seen a offense like theirs before. We will have a rude awaking when they realize that it will take a team effort to win this game, not just a really good passing game.

Quinn is inactive, great, that means our defense doesn't have to worry about cheap shots today. However Orton has picked up any tips from Brady.

I like the fact that Cody is playing in this game, he'll need to start getting more and more comfortable playing on the DL, because i think he'll be a huge part of what we do on defense going forward.

I agree, I dont see us keeping Orton under 225 yds through the air, but i see us keeping them out of the endzone for the most part. Ruki starting at safety over hamlin?
