I'm pretty sure we'll score mad TDs against ya'll as well. With the stride our offense is about to hit, you guys won't be able to settle for FGs.

we've scored 9 td's ravens have scored 6........Nice argument!
No one here is trying to convice you that the Ravens offense is the best then since sliced bread, however you on the other hand just because that Orton led offense is the greatest show ever.

You offense is barely scoring 21 points a game, despite facing defenses ranked 30th,15th,23rd,9th,

No matter what you want to say about it, your offense has to come out and prove it can play up to the level of our defense. If your offensive numbers stay true and our defensive numbers stay true, something will have to give. Either you guy will play up to the #1 pass offense, or the Ravens will live up to a top 5 ranked "Team Defense"

However, if your defensive numbers stay true, and the Ravens offensive numbers stay true, the Ravens will have the better day imo. In my honest opinion, the Ravens offense has been forced to jell and work out the kinks aginst defenses that are miles ahead of the Broncos, by the same token, the Broncos has only played 1 offense, comparable to the Ravens and thats the Colts, and we may even be more balanced then them.

So if u wanna continue to look at numbers, great. But don't be surprised to see an offensive explosion by the Ravens tomorrow and a preformance by Flacco that makes even the most die-hard Broncos fan question who's the better QB.

our defense is average. And considering we've been horrible for how long on defense its a big help to our team. It's not so much about your offense that worries us. You guys have shown little potential this year on the offensive side of the ball. The only thing bronco fans worry about is whether our team will score a td or a fg in the redzone. mark my words WE WILL GET INTO THE REDZONE SEVERAL TIMES![/b]
You reached the red zone 5 times against the Colts. Passing defense : 15th, rushing defense: #29 Yds allowed per game: 24th. Um...no. You won't see the red zone several times against the Ravens' defense.

flacco is the better qb I wont sit here and say Orton is special. I've never been a big fan of Orton and although some fans make him out to be great i'd take cutler back in a heart beat. Orton is the type of qb that needs everything around him to be great. he can not carry a team on his shoulders like Flacco can. It's the great system orton is in and the great wr's that orton has that is giving him his numbers. Its not orton who's making the wr's better. the wr's and the system are making orton better.

wow this has been fun to read up on.I think it will be a good game and alot closer then last years game, but I do think the Ravens pull off a win.
I don't care about rankings or numbers I just think Flacco will win out the 4th quarter and win this game.I don't care if we win by 3 or 30 a win is a freaking win!
Joe has had 2 back to back weeks coming back in the 4th.
They would count towards 4th quarter comebacks right>How many does he have?

Flacco's success against 3-4 defense. Don't u play a 3-4? yup! when champ shuts down boldin who is flacco going to throw to? an angry housh?
The Ravens success on 3rd downs. Does your D do a good job on 3rd downs? yes we do and your stats is clouded by our indy game where indy had great success. Flacco is no manning
Are you guys struggling to run the ball even vs poor defenses? yup has that stopped us from having the best passing offense in the NFL??? NOPE
Has your team struggled on the road this season? we blew the jacksonville game and we just won at tenn. so no we haven't
1) Housh, if you didn't see, caught the game-winning TD, and your excuse is we might have to throw to him? And that's assuming our #2 Derrick Mason somehow vanishes before the game.

2) Why should we ignore your team's 3rd down troubles just because they had to face a good offense? There ARE good offenses in the league and they're part of the game too.

3) Of course not being able to run the ball hasn't stopped you from ranking #1 in pass offense. In fact, that's the primary contributing factor.

4) You "blowing" the Jacksonville game doesn't count as troubles on the road? Then I guess our game at Cinn doesn't count because of the 6 points off of bad penalties. Looks like we're undefeated!

I don't doubt the Broncos could see the redzones a lot. With our bend but don't break defense and our ability to turn it over on our side leads me to believe you'll get your chances. But the Broncos have struggled with the shorter field when the defenders are bunched in and can eliminate the slants. Hopefully Prater is on his game. Because last week Reed wasn't.

You came to the Ravens forum to talk all that trash.
You are barely debating anything that is being said in response to your opinions.
You are just aggressively stating an opinion, and when you do so, over and over, it makes you look crazy and as if you are here to just insult people, or be a troll.

Anyways, without getting into a bunch of stats, my perspective is simply that the Broncos are coming back to the east coast in back to back weeks. That alone, weakens the Broncos, it would weaken any team having back to back road games.
The Ravens are one of the toughest teams to play at home, and is arguably one of the loudest stadiums to play in, which will lead to throwing off the Broncos already weakened offense.
The Ravens are arguably the most physical team to play against. I think the Ravens will simply force their will on the Broncos, which are already laden with injuries.
Orton was sacked 6 times last week and is going up against a vicious, beast of a defense.
No one in this league would say anything less about facing our defense, nobody would argue that.
The Broncos just don't match up, physically, with the Ravens.

If Orton is going to be asked to throw the ball 50 times, he'll be on his back a lot, and in a lot of pain.
We could see Tebow start the second half.
I just don't see how anyone can expect the Broncos to be able to throw the ball all day on the Ravens, because currently they haven't showed any other way to move the ball. The more the Broncos are in the 11, the more pain Orton will be in.
Orton is the leading rusher of the Broncos with an average of 2.9 yards per carry. That won't work against the Ravens.
The Broncos are going to be bruised and battered and below .500 when all is said and done.
Flacco has never lost to an AFC West team.
I think Rice is going to have a 100+ day, and our running game will be rekindled.
Josh Wilson will be returning kickoffs, so I imagine he'll be ready to show our fans what he can do.
Hopefully Cody will get more playing time and will help quickly collapse the pocket.
It's going to be a fun feast to watch.

Anyways its a little hypocritical to bash someone's opinions and then spill your opinions like yours are more valid than mine for some reason. The titans have a better defense than you guys and orton threw 50 times and only sacked 3 times. all in the 1st qtr. what makes you think you'll have any success getting to him?

anyways i like to debate people that are fun and like to talk football. I dont need to debate internet geeks who insult people because they can't control their temper on the internet. lmao

Are you guys giving up about 4 big plays a game(20+ yards)? since when are 2oyds considered big games? kyle orton leads the league in passes over 20yds so by your logic we have the best big play maker in the nfl
Are you guys allowing a average of 2 passing TDs a game?can you tell me how many rushing td's we've allowed a game? and clouded by the indy game
Are you guys struggling to run the ball even vs poor defenses? yup has that stopped us from having the best passing offense in the NFL??? NOPE
Has your team struggled on the road this season? we blew the jacksonville game and we just won at tenn. so no we haven't

anymore <deleted> questions???
ok this will be my last post addressing you, because clearly you are someone that doesn't really understand football, or one of those fans that think his 2-2 team can never lose.

First, i said in the Ravens-Steelers game or division games, numbers don't matter.

You saying champ will shut down Boldin is something that you hope will happen, not something that you can show proof of it actually happening. You saying Champ will shut down Boldin means about as much as me saying Champ won't be focused on this game because he will be too worried about his contract.

Oh and if Flacco doesn't wanna throw the ball to Housh, we have Mason, Heap and Rice. After Champ, who do u have. Jones who's allowed 24/34 passes to be completed. Cox who's allowing 11/22. Vaughn or Thompson who haven't even played? or maybe you are excited about the all-pro Andre Goodman returning.

As for the 60% I actually owe you an apology on that one, it's more like 63% my fault. Maybe somebody that's better at math then me can figure it out.......80 completions, 127 attempts.....127/80=63. Will Flacco complete 60? i don't know but i don't think he'll have too.

Again here is Flacco's number against 3-4 defenses this season. 66/106 766yds 4TD 2Int 70%(competion), 51%(3rd downs)11.3ypp, (9)20+ plays, (1)40+ play, 3 sacks. 70% isn't 60% but i'll take it. Also these numbers come against teams like NYJ, PIT, and Cle, again you are closer to CLE's defense then the other two.

As far as the 20+ yard plays being consider as big plays....how long have you been watching football? And for Orton...again, this was a question about your defense and you mention your QB. How many defensive snaps will Orton have in this game?

You've allowed 1 rushing TD all season, but i don't know how much that matters when you've allowed 8 passing TDs. So you are actually allowing 2 passing TDs a game. Who needs to run when they can pass.

Indy? ok lets take away his 3 TDs, you guys have still allowed 5 passing TDs and 1 rushing TD. The great David Gerard passed for 3TDs too, you wanna take his stats out of it as well?

I mention you struggling to run the ball and you mention your passing offense. Wow ok i'll bite, since you passing offense is the only thing you seem to wanna cliam about the Broncos team. What record has that #1 passing offense got you? What quality team have you guys played other then Indy and even their early season has been shaky?

As for your struggles on the road, you blew the Jax game? I can already see the excuses for why you didn't win the Ravens game.

Since you clearly don't know what a Team is, i'll just give you the satisfaction of saying that your passing offense is the best thing that anyone has ever seen. There will be noway the Ravens can think about staying on the same field as Orton. Every Ravens player should request a photo and signature from Orton once this game is over. The Ravens will drop from the #1 pass defense all the way down to the #32nd passing defense. The overall team defense, oh wait the overall team doesn't mean anything to you. You passing offense is so good that the rest of your team can stay in Denver. Ok ahhh, ok, i think that's it.

Oh wait that's not it, if all you and your fellow Broncos fans have to worry about is if the Broncos will score in the redzone, i'll need to talk to you outside of the broad, because that's some good stuff ya'll are growing in that Mile High air and i want in.

The Ravens are one of the best defenses in the NFL in the red zone. You guys can't run and the Ravens have only allowed 1 passing TD in the redzone. Yea good luck with that.
