Hats Off to the Defense!
Ladarius Webb had a phenomenal game, he saved 2 TDs!

The secondary looked pretty good, the DL was also great.

Once again, Webb is a great player!

Can't say enough about Webb. What a terrific game against a dangerous WR in Mike Wallace. He held him very well

Good game Ravens, when the game started I thought it was going to be a shootout.

Your offense showed more consistency this game and it should be another great game when we meet at your house later in the year.

The Steelers going 3-1 without Ben was optimistic by anyone who saw their first 4 games.

Congrats again, for some reason Im not upset about this lose.

No doubt man. 3-1 without Jenn is a testament. Great start. You know we have one more left between us. Awesome game.

Bullcrap! Now people are saying well the Steelers didn't have Big Ben.

Coming into this game ALMOST EVERYONE I heard on ESPN said the Steelers will win this. Don't make excuses for them. It was a factor, but we were clearly the underdogs in this game.

No excuses, Ravens couldn't create turnovers throughout the whole game, but created one when it counted. We couldn't get into the endzone all game, but we got in when it counted. Great win for us!

What a great game!

Just got back from BWW where I was the lone Raven in a sea of Pittsurgh. Nothing looks funnier than 20+ Steelers fans' faces go from taunting joy to stupified sorrow. What a great day to be a Ravens fan.

...so where are all the Flacco haters hiding right now?

Symbolic moment in Ravens history RAY Lewis grab the first interception first turnover of the year then all the players surround there leader. Flacco perfromed very very well in the kecthup bottle OLine did a great job protecting Webb played a very good game. We are the best team in the nfl cause of this win go Ravens

Watching the post-game commentary on CBS... Apparently the Ravens won because Batch is so much worse than Big Ben. Pitt was successful in the run game (3.1 yards per carry), but it was their QB being suspended that really did it. Also, they beat themselves. Consensus: Pitt is still the greatest.

Yep, back to no respect.

I must have had some sort of psychic moment this weekend. On the first page I called the Ravens would win 17-14, and in another thread I called Ray to get an INT.

Typical Flacco. He's got no touch whatsoever.

Joe and company does not succeed under pressure. This is the worst situation to be in.

I think we have our own version of "The Kardiac Kids" in the making. Ozzie must have brought that mindset with him from Cleveland. If the games keep going like this one, they're going to have to put me on life support or something.

for the record that was all about the players who were called out today, zibby heads up on a kickoff, flacco made the plays he needed too, Housh showed up when it counted.

Ray for the rest of the non-ravens fans who thing he's washed up.

My jaws are killing me from clenching my teeth. When Ray picked off that pass at the end, tears leaked out of my eyes. People can downplay this all they want, but it was a HUGE win. Had we lost, we would have been 3rd in our own division with 2 losses already. HUGE!

Beating Pittsburgh in their house, coupled with the Browns beating Cincy, and we are now the 1st place team in the AFC North. What a win! What a game!

Attention fellow Ravens' fans:

Please ignore all of the haters. Sure Big Ben wasn't there, but remember these key points:

1) Ed Reed wasn't there either!

2) If Big Ben was there, the Ravens could have had more opportunities for interceptions seeing as though they take more chances when he's in the lineup.

3) And the most important factor, the game winning drive happened against the vaunted Pittsburgh D, not the Offense!

People need to quit acting like the Offense cost them the game. I guarantee had you told most of these so called experts that the Steelers would have 0 turnovers going into the final minute of the 4th Quarter, and the Ravens would need a touchdown to win, they'd bet the house on the Steelers winning that game. PERIOD!!

But in the end, it was a good win. Just don't get too excited, it's a LOOOOOONNNNG season.

Peace

Eh, this is what was expected from this game.

Another game where the Steelers with their 4th string QB can't overcome the Ravens.

This is IDENTICAL to the game with Dixon last year.
[/quote]

Except we did it in your house this time.
